Very true, and these are the people who are least likely to get clean long term. If you can’t accept accountability for your mistakes then it’s basically gg for any hope of improving your life, especially dealing with something like opiate addiction. Every single person on the planet has experienced some kind of tragedy or suffering, it’s an unavoidable aspect of human existence. We can only control our reaction to that suffering.Every addict that refuses any personal responsibility will have some story that justifies their drug use.
Purposefully ignoring the actual point per usual to victimize himself. His drug use was mostly brought up because he embezzled funds to feed it.
I think it’s part of the neurosis of trannydom. Catastrophizing, avoiding personal responsibility, escapism, etc
