Im shocked, thats all?! Hes lucky he has any left given how his videos are stretched-he manages to make 2 minutes stories into 15 minute videos, they are pretty repetative and painfully unfunny (which then became obvious why when I learned it was laura kate dale who made the videos).

Judging by his view-to-subscriber ratio, we've speculated a large chunk of Jim's remaining subs are either dead accounts or people who just haven't unsubbed but never watch his content.

Jim current gets an average of about 150k views per video, with 800k subscribers (rounding for clarity). Compare that to a channel like RedLetterMedia with 1.4 million subs, they regularly hit a 1:1 sub-to-view ratio or exceed it, and even on their less popular shows like Re:View they usually manage at least a 50% engagement rate.

(I know people who aren't subs can also watch these videos, it's not a hard science; just helps to visualise how badly Jim has fucked his channel.)

Thinking about old YouTube also makes me think about game grumps but I don't really know what happened to them.

It's Retsupurae I really miss.
