Maybe an unpopular opinion here but I think that's actually the best the surgeon could have done for now with what was there. Considering it was so curly and pointy it's really a feat that he was able to make the end of the stump more rounded. I mean did he just snip that shit off and sew up what was left? We will never know, because these surgeries have no standardisation and anything goes, thank you come again (though you'll never cum again)!

The last part of the curl shriveled up in the past few weeks so it seems he just used that entire part to make the head. If he had done a good job he wouldn't have had to sacrifice so much length.

Remember here's how big it was immediately post op the previous stage.
