What gets me the most about the hip transplant thing is like, what the guy clearly needs is a narrow waist, why isn't he looking into waist training? I think it’s another symptom of how AGPs (aka straight men) approach “femininity” in general. HSTS, and even normal gay men, are so much better at achieving a “feminine” appearance because they actually observe how performing femininity works, and then try to do that themselves. This usually means observation and learning, followed by small-scale but long-term efforts: makeup skills, hair care, carefully chosen clothing, even something like waist training.

Whereas straight males are more likely to approach the whole thing like an engineering project: book a surgery appointment, shave off some bone, shove in a few implants, grab a wig and lipstick, ok I'm a woman now, I entered the female cheat codes that the internet told me to and leveled up, can't you idiots see that?

I feel genuine pity and sadness for Alivia/Asher. This is a cult, and the surgeons who are exploiting the mentally ill people who are in it deserve to be sued and held to account. Because these procedures are all experimental they legally never can be.

This is a poor young woman whose life and body were ruined before she was even old enough to legally drink. She can't possibly be happy with that phalloplasty, the outcome of which will obviously never be anything that even vaguely resembles a phallus. We know her surgeon has lied and misled patients and has never actually successfully completed this delayed abdominal procedure. This further proves that no matter what a troon does, they will never ever in a million years achieve female dimensions or proportions. I recently read a book called Cultish which is about how cults, new religious movements and various other high control organizations make heavy use of special language to help keep people invested in the group. The author didn't directly address gender ideology, but it's one of the more obvious examples of this behavior.

The basic idea is that using group-specific language creates the feeling of an insular community where you are more of a valid member if you can speak and understand the cult language. This includes cult-specific words and phrases, thought terminating cliches designed to stop critical thought (such as "trans women are women"), and acronyms/abbreviations. Standing to pee is such a well-known fixation of these women that it's rarely written out - people just use "STP." This goal is also a major, major reason they get these absurd surgeries.

Meanwhile most dudes I know sit down to pee often, if they're sleepy or drunk or just want to look at their phone or whatever, and never think twice about it.
