I've been "here" since this forum started and almost registered several times, but I really can't remember a time where it was as bad as this. During the great Deagle Nation saga some real dumbasses showed up, but they were the minority. 2016 brought some absolute dumbasses too, but even they didn't rock the boat too much. I think the Christchurch thing, where the Farms actually made it into headlines in the normal news cycle, was the first time where the stupid people were the majority.

Pretty much. Basically, they join and then derail threads. I hate following an interesting thread and then it gets derailed by some newfag retard sperging for 3 pages. That usually happens in featured threads.

I think I lurked for over a year before finding the one thread that I just had to reply to. By then I had an understanding that the Farms is one of those places you definitely compartmentalize in your internet life. But there's a sense of humor here you just can't get many other places.
