Why not normalize realistic strap-ons in the trans community? They do make really realistic ones that can be used for sex and STP. Yeah if you frame transgenderism as a cult, coming out, choosing a new name, hormones, and the surgeries are rites of passage. And then pretending that they're not just wounds and transplanted skin goes right in line with the cliches.
