He definitely put a lot of effort into this. It was his big passion project.I like Seth when he's trying, so I'll hang on if it's eh.

It was better than a lot of episodes of Voyager or Enterprise. That was better than any episode of Nu Trek.
Yep. The guy who plays Lamarr has made a lot of progress. In the previous seasons I don't think he was really into it but now he knows how to technobabble his way. Some great performances by the cast, too.
There’s a fairly woke Orville podcast called “Pandavision” and the head fag actually quit over this episode. I like the recaps but any moclan episode becomes a lbtqwtfbbq circle transgender jerk quickly.Wow, what a way to start a new season. I like that the story continues, the events of the battle with the Kaylons had a serious impact on every crewmember. Suicide is a tough subject to write about and especially as a season premiere but Seth did a great job.
Yaphit got more screentime (RIP Norm), the big tardigrade was back, and we got new aliens too.

Oh, but we yearn for the days of shitty voyager episodes vs Star Trek:Michael is God now, don’t we?View attachment 3350631
I know it's not new, but still hate to see it.
Man, that’s a hell of an interesting character to do a suicide plot with. Good shit.
Brannan Braga co-wrote this last episode and it shows. Dude always had a hard-on for weird body horror.![]()
