Not smiling because she isn't taking a picture, no make up, gained weight from all the fast food, and poor lighting.

Sure it could be someone else but remember Phil is a lazy piece of shit, whose laziness rubs off on Khat. So it isn't a stretch to think it's her.

I mean, DAMN! Kat wasn't exactly a prize, but Jesus! She looks WORST for wear! We all know she was looking rather heavy in the last time we saw her, but she's gained at LEAST 60-70 pounds. Going from below to THAT!

That pretty much confirms everything: Kat is still there. From the looks of it, that horse is staying in that stable.

It's Kat.

Last picture we have is from their wedding, you could see her face starting to puff up.

Now add some more flab and leave off the makeup and you can get the face in the new pic. Makeup is really the big difference, with fat women it helps give the illusion their face has some definition as opposed to just being completely round and fat.

I'm not a photoshop hero or much of a face person; but to me that looks like a different person or a shop. It doesn't help that picture is apparently over a year old going by the default file name; why hang onto it for that long before leaking?

I mean counterpoint, if someone wanted to fake this then why would they make up the file name for something a year ago?

I'm not saying it can't be a photoshop but this seems like a lot of effort to only sort of kind of own Dave. Like if they wanted to put together some expert level shop then why not go balls to the walls and shop him in the parking lot of a sex shop or the social security office?
