The Dragon Demands is the perfect stereotype of a power tripping internet janitor, furious wiki editor, and utterly failed youtube outrage grifter. He possesses a pretentious intellect, despite having the autism disability and no accomplishments,. He just wasted money on two masters degrees. Here are excerpts from 10 years of self-sabotage and attempts at cry-bullying.

The Dragon Demands Wiki Edits Trojan Horse..jpg

He hates ‘Game of Thrones.’ He is outraged at how the books were adapted by the show. In particular he hates the show runner Mr. David Benioff - in a deeply personal way. He tries every angle to smear the man. He has theorised about numerous ailments of the mind that he attributes to Benioff. He tries to associate him with various scandals and disgraced persons such as Elisabeth Holmes of the Theranos fraud, or Joss Whedon who was a big meanie to people on movie sets. He has tried to drum up outrage about controversial aspects of the show, safety issues, cinematography YADAYADAYA.

He believes himself to be a defender of the books but he rarely talks about them compared with the show. Instead of establishing himself as a book pundit, he has devoted countless hours to editing the TV show wiki and making videos about the show and its spinoffs, to the indirect benefit of HBO.

When the last season of ‘Game of Thrones’ proved to be divisive, in theory he should have been triumphant. However he failed to capitalise on the backlash, and lost interest in editing the wiki for the rest of the year.

Heads, spikes, walls - The tiniest amount of power, straight to his head

He created his wiki account in 2012 and got busy. His profile on the wiki is spectacularly egotistical:
https://gameofthrones.fandom.com/wiki/User:The_Dragon_Demands
https://archive.ph/hV4fM
In running a wiki, there are many moments for compassion and tender action. There are also many moments for ruthless action...What is often called "ruthless". What may, in many circumstances, be only clarity: seeing clearly what there is to be done and doing it: directly, quickly, awake, looking at it.
As for my critics, I am unconcerned. I am beyond their timid, lying morality. And so I am beyond caring.
He lists all the scalps he has taken by blocking users on the wiki.

The Dragon Demands recruits his own personal army

In 2017, he begins his crusade. He publishes his manifesto about how the Thrones revolution has been a disaster for the human race.
Tumblr post - 'The Knights Inquisitor'
Why is it called “The Knights Inquisitor”? Because Rhaenyra has an army:

“The Knights Inquisitor were knights tasked by Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen after the Fall of King’s Landing with tracking down the fugitive King Aegon II Targaryen, Princess Jaehaera Targaryen, Prince Maelor Targaryen, and Lord Larys Strong, as well as punishing those who had given them aid.” – AWOIAF http://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Knights_Inquisitor

In-universe, the “Knights Inquisitor” are Rhaenyra’s elite private agents / task force, hunting down her enemies. Rhaenyra is the first and only female monarch to ever sit the Iron Throne by the time the novel series begins. Her faction fought in the Dance of the Dragons against her half-brother Aegon II, who usurped the throne ahead of her.

Out-of-universe, “The Knights Inquisitor” are a fan group that exists both online and offline (loosely drawing inspiration from the older “Brotherhood Without Banners” fan group). This fan group stands against bad writing in adaptations of the works of George R.R. Martin - particularly female characters, who have been very badly mishandled. The other choice for a name was “the Queensguard”….but “The Knights Inquisitor” sounds more proactive. We’re not simply going to be in a defensive posture “guarding” well-written characters….we’re going to actively hunt down and destroy those who stand against it, by any means necessary.

More broadly, this group stands against bad writing in general, for all characters, male or female - specifically, the bad writing of David Benioff and D.B. Weiss in the live-action Game of Thrones TV series. It stands against ALL bad writing - their poor writing of female characters simply happens to be among their worst offenses. Bad writing isn’t just a “feminist” problem, it’s a human problem. Just as D&D wrote Sansa poorly, they also wrote Stannis poorly in his truncated storyline in Season 5 (STANNIS!), and this will be avenged. Just as they mishandled Doran Martell, and comically mishandled TV-Dorne: this will be avenged.

At the same time, this group will not fall into the old trap of Book readers vs TV show watchers. A core tenet of this group is that “good live-action adaptations” are possible….Benioff and Weiss are just utterly bad at it. They made absurd, embarrassingly incompetent changes which were easily avoidable, not inherent to the needs of the adaptation process.

Things such as the TV adaptation cutting out Garlan Tyrell or Victarion Greyjoy due to lack of screentime are not an issue for this group. Only crazy decisions so beyond the pale of acceptability that they are a mockery of good writing: i.e. the particularly bad decisions that started cropping up from Season 5 onwards - merging Sansa with the Boltons, truncating Stannis’s storyarc, TV-Dorne, and a few other things (such as their insulting, invented rape scenes - which served no narrative purpose and ultimately trivialized rape in television - they didn’t even bother to give an explanation for the invented Sansa rape subplot, then hid from the media by not attending San Diego Comic Con?)

In one sentence: “We will fight against bad adaptations, not against good adaptations”.

We are devoted to discrediting and/or removing the false showrunners Benioff and Weiss from live-action adaptations of the works of George R.R. Martin - due to habitual and pervasive incompetence, dereliction of duty, and because they are temperamentally unfit to be in this position.

We need to stand together to stop them. Because if we don’t, the danger is that when a live-action adaptation of the Dance of the Dragons prequel series inevitably gets made, they’ll screw up the writing of Rhaenyra (and the other “dangerous women” in the Dance) just as they did the female characters in the main series (Catelyn, Sansa, Ellaria and all Dornish women, Cersei, and scene after scene of gratuitous sexposition).

We need to defend the prequels. Even if Benioff and Weiss aren’t directly involved, we need to make sure that HBO doesn’t put someone just as bad as them in charge. We have to get started NOW to stop them. We have to stop them and get better writers. To defend the writing of Rhaenyra in a future prequel project.

We will actively campaign online and offline and spread our message through the news media:
to remove Benioff and Weiss, to circulate criticisms, to hold the news media & professional reviewers accountable for not doing their jobs and actually making structured criticisms of the showrunners.

We will fight *knowing* that we stand little chance of success but would rather go down fighting for our principles than quietly submitting to these outrages. And we will fight to defend the writing in *upcoming* TV projects which haven’t even begun yet. As long as there is one fan publicly standing up to bad writing, they’ll never be able to claim victory.

We are a fan watchdog group, loosely inspired by similar fan campaigns such as “Racebending.com”, which is dedicated to fighting race-swapping/whitewashing in TV/movie casting.

Loosely, think of us as - in spirit - a Renegade Splinter Faction of the Brotherhood Without Banners, mixed with the fan media campaign efforts of Racebending.com, and with a bit of Project Mayhem. We’re La Résistance - but not the warm and fuzzy singing-and-dancing-along-the-barricades kind: we’re the “drag-the-tyrants-alive-and-screaming-through-the-dirt-in-the-streets-when-the-revolution-comes” kind.

To quote Rogue One:

“Saw Gerrera used to say, ‘One fighter with a sharp stick and nothing left to lose can take the day.’ They have no idea we’re coming. They have no reason to expect us. If we can make it to the ground, we’ll take the next chance. And the next. On and on until we win…or the chances are spent.”

We stand against bad writing of ANY characters, male, female, dragon, robot, or anything in between. We stand against Benioff and Weiss and demand their immediate removal from this franchise, and any future projects - removal in any capacity, for as long as they are attached to prequels as executive producers they could still cause problems. We need to repudiate their actions, even if only retroactively. We renounce them and attain them. We might not be able to bring our dead plotlines back to life, but we can get justice.

We remember.

We will take back everything we have lost. We will take back our dignity.

We call on all True Knights to rally behind us and join our cause.

Because Rhaenyra has an army.

'Why do we need such an extremely long article on the topic of rape of all things?'

On Game of Thrones, season 5, episode 6, 'Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken,' the popular character of Sansa Stark was, well ... bowed, then bent, then broken. Basically she was used as a pawn and put into a marriage alliance with a rape-torture-edgelord named Ramsay. This episode portrays their wedding night. She is a role model to girls and and infantile women and the direwolf waifu for nerds like The Dragon Demands.

He has never recovered from this. He has made dozens of videos and screamed at every journalist who does not share his outrage. Just look him up: he never shuts up about it.

The biggest page on the wiki is about rape. Another wiki admin asks:
Why do we need such an extremely long article on the topic of rape of all things? In fact, I think this might be the longest article on the entire wiki. Who the hell wrote all of this? Why?

During the one month ban of The Dragon Demands, the other admin just deleted the entire 'Rape' page from the GameOfThrones wiki.
ARCHIVE: Here is all 131,126 bytes of the 'Rape' page from before it was deleted.
It was his greatest work - 20,990 words, 121,149 characters.

So he wants others to speak out against it, and who can he bully into doing that? No-one. But who did he try to bully?

He did not make 450 videos on Sansa's rape. Not yet.

An example of the Dragon's fury

Some times he's gone on multiple hour tweet storm, but this marathon may be his longest. Bryan Cogman was a writer and producer on Game of Thrones.

Cogman wrote the Sansa episode - WHOOPSIE!

'What's your beef with The Dragon Demands?'

Cogman left twitter for 4 years.

How much does he hate David Benioff? Fans worry about him.

In 2019, he got anxious. He rushed out a rambling feverish biography of David Benioff.
I recorded this unscripted about 3 hours before the Season 8 premiere went live. Feeling overwhelmed and powerless in the face of all the blind hype surrounding what Benioff has done with Game of Thrones. I couldn't hold it in.

He deleted the video but the north remembers. It was audio only with no slides, so here it is as 1 hour MP3.

His family warns him he could get sued for defamation. Apparently some of them work in the media / journalism. Proceeds to effectively call Benioff a conman. At 30 min in he breaks down, apologised to family. Says Benioff has narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar depression. One hour of crybullying.

Firstly: do not shout at me. Whenever you get emotional your voice rises and it literally hurts my ears (it's not as much about the volume as it is about the tone of a man fueled by pure fury which is troublesome to think about too). Secondly: take a break. I appreciate and support your channel's content, but the more I hear from you the more desperate, frustrated, depressed, and unstable you're sounding. Also the exhaustion heard in your voice gets me. Take a "vacation" from YouTube. Drink till you drop, dance all night, do something you like and relax. I refuse to be a witness of self-destructive behavior. Rest and get back here when you feel better about the world. Negativity is contagious, you know. You marinated in it long enough and now it is due time for a detox for you and your audience. Thirdly: do not expose yourself. Talking about your personal stuff may be harmful in the future. The more you reveal about yourself the more data those who would like to hurt you get to work with. This is a safety issue. Lastly: contact some pro bono working lawyers and ask about your situation. I know that Gil from Got Academy is constantly working with a psychoanalyst (her name is Noga), so you could ask a fellow Game of Thrones 'Tuber if maybe they could work with you on this exposing videos.

I sometimes feel like I am being considered a part of some kind of cult here... it may be comforting to shout into the microphone that "Rhaenyra" - really meaning you - "has an army", but your choice of words feels like you're leaving no choice to those who are listening. Kind of verbally pulling in people you assume agree with you on everything and want to participate in this "hunt". For me it does feel a bit aggressive, even if justified. Plus... I do know that in America you guys have an obsession with teeth, but believe me when I say adult people in other parts of the world have worse teeth than "Benioff" and nobody would call them atrocious. I myself have worse teeth than that man does, and I have never heard in my life that my teeth are ugly, so...

All in all I feel that you need a partner in "crime", someone who would keep you happy about what you're doing and stressing less about everything regarding someone else's books and the handling of their adaptation. Your health and well-being is worth much more than winning some righteous-in-your-mind cause. You and your needs should come first, always. Please, do keep that in mind for those who care for your health and safety.

I hope that after deleting this video you will start taking care of yourself some more. If that's of any comfort I would like to mention that during the latest Game of Thrones Podcast people were talking (six times) in the livechat about your discoveries (mainly about the "hot brown women" video), so you are reaching people.

The Dragon Demands
.........….now I have a lot to think about. This is sobering.

I recorded this live with no preparation in the hours before the Season 8 premiere, bombarded with tv superfans saying how great it would be. Really freaking me out.

It was like a switch turned after the episode actually aired, and there was something tangible to judge, and it was good but not great.

I'm very tired :)

"I sometimes feel like I am being considered a part of some kind of cult here...…"

That hurts most of all. Because I don't have a good response to it. I...if I lose the faith of all of you guys, I am truly lost....

I'm not just tired, I was getting very sick with a cold when I made this. Even two days later it's weird to look back at that mindset I was in.

….I'm going to make episode reaction videos. Short ones. See the premiere one soon, whole attitude changed.

but....but the cult-like threats of "Rhaenyra has an army! I have an army! We're going to fix the world!".....are the only things that make me feel in control in a world falling totally apart. :) It was always kind of a brash joke (shrug).

….I was feeling horrified at the prospect that there won't be another adaptation of this in our lifetimes, and worse...that mass media as a whole will blindly praise Friedman instead of condemning him.

I was in a pretty bad place when I made this, spur of the moment.

Which Game of Thrones podcast mentioned me?
Rhaenyra Reigns
Oh, believe me, I do get you. The thing is... it is hard to feel for you when you act with negativity. Like I've said it is contagious and destructive. I have seen people in my surrounding turning fully cynical, etc. And, well... Deadpool style I do not wish for anyone to go this way.

Funnily enough I do have some serious cold right now too. Can't speak really, and my partner is fighting heavy infection after a cancer-removing surgery at the hospital this whole month all the while I am trying not to freak out after having my house robbed. Not to mention... Easter is coming.

I can only wish us both strength and more optimistic thoughts.

As for the said podcast, the video is titled "Game of Thrones Season 8 Pre-Show w/Preston Jacobs & Phil" and is uploaded on RedTeamReview's channel. I read through the whole chat while counting how many times the talk of you resurfaced. Your work is also brought up in comment sections of various creators (Talking Thrones, GrayArea, Got Academy, etc.), so I say you do have an impact. I just think you would have a bigger one if you drop the forceful we-are-better-than-the-blind-ones narrative.

I genuinely believe that people can enjoy bad things without realizing that they are bad. I for one do enjoy some bad movies without knowing why people think that they are bad till this very day (The Amazing Spider-Man duology, X-Men: The Last Stand, The Happening, etc.), like actually my favorite movie about the foul tongue from Acheron a.k.a. xenomorph, is Alien: Resurrection (it just aired on TV yesterday and it was glorious as always).

I do like some bad movies despite knowing that they are bad too. I actually am a fan of Transformers ever since I was a child, growing up with Generation 1 cartoon episodes. When live action movies came up I did not liked them. I thought that the first one that everybody liked was bad, the second was even worse, the third one I couldn't believe the mess that it was, but I did loved the fourth one.

Another anecdote. I remember how my mother, who really hates superhero flicks, sat down with me and we watched Green Lantern for the first time. She loved it. It helped us bond. Who am I to bash that love? Why would I strip away positive emotions coming from this experience? I read comments from people that it is a bad movie, so I told that to my mother. She just shrugged it off saying: "I love it". I would feel bad trying to dis her enjoyment of it, given how dismissive she usually is towards superheroes. Let me tell you, if it wasn't for Green Lantern she would have never watched Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse with me, or Black Panther, or Aquaman, or any other film in the genre. She liked them all. She did not liked what happened with Game of Thrones, though. And even being fed through me with all the data you have gathered she still enjoys rewatching first four seasons. I guess what I'm trying to say is... I get why people still like the show and believe that if you want to educated them on why the show is bad you cannot start attacking them.

If they will feel worse thanks to you insisting that "they are in the wrong here" they will not be willing to listen. It is like in the politics. If you want the opposite side to listen to your reasoning for why something they came up with or believe in is wrong you cannot berate them. They will turn defensive just not to feel inferior. Even when someone deep down knows that the show is bad they will not be willing to hear you out after you treat them like the opposite side (the "Others", if you will) instead of embracing them.

I may enjoy bad movies, but I am always willing to hear out why they are bad. This said however any potential conversation about it ends the moment someone decides that I am not allowed to enjoy it. And this is how you are sometimes sounding. Rarely, but still. I wrote that comment above worried that you may turn people away from your own hard work. This should not be happening. It is too precious; a labor of love.

I am honestly having flashbacks of the Dark Souls difficulty level debacle. Game of Thrones being the "easy mode" for "simpletons" in this case. This aside let me assure you that people who don't care about you wouldn't be writing lengthy comments about the matter. Just, please, be more positive about the future. We will obviously get another adaptation. Will it be more faithful to the original source material? I don't know. On Calluna Reviews' channel there's a video titled "Adapting Death Note: Why No Version Gets It Completely Right". This is one popular title, having so many adaptations and none of them being completely faithful or sticking to the theme and message. Another work that comes to my mind is Cinemassacre's video "Which Dracula Film is Most Faithful to the Book?". Surprise, surprise, such a simple book and with a plethora of movie adaptations... faithfulness? Mostly scarce. You would think that this is a negative trend, but believe me, there will be another adaptation of ASOIAF for sure. And there will be no Benioff attached to it, so faithfulness aside, this is already a major win. You should feel better knowing that. My thoughts are with you, so please drink some honey and mint tea, get a massage, sing under shower to your soul's content. Nobody likes listening to martyrs, 'cause their suffering can be felt and shared due to empathy in people. Plus, people have enough negativity around them. Just keep your spirit up, please. Seeing you spiraling down can hurt those who kept spreading the word of your work as it seems that no matter what we do as a group of supporting viewers your mood does not get any better with time. It's heartbreaking to watch in the long run. Once again, have some faith. I don't know about you, but I am much younger than Friedman, and a woman, so I am assuming that I will live long enough to see the end of his career. The prospect of it sounds a bit exciting, don't you think? '

looks up at what she wrote

Yeah, I have no idea why I wrote it all except that I wanted to make you feel better... so you better feel better, damn it! <3

PRIORITIES MAN.

Feli Aslan @Rhaenyra Reigns
I get your points, but I feel like you have to understand where this negativity comes from. After all, this works matter for people and often, they not only matter for the actual story or plot, but also for their themes and messages. And I can get the hatred against Game of Thrones and I even feel it myself, because I feel like this adaptations doesn't only betrays the depth of the novel series story and characters, but also fundamentally it's soul, it's themes. I love ASoIaF because I love that it is a Fantasy series that does things differently than most stories in the genre. Not for its more gritty and realistic styles, but also because of the strong and valuable themes, the feminist themes, the anti-war message, the critic of feudalism which in most fantasy worlds is just an accepted system that is there for the flavor.

Rhaenyra Reigns @Feli Aslan
Hate is toxic, consuming, destructive, and contagious. Nothing in the world is worth more than human life and in order for anyone to maintain health there should be less negativity which shortens anyone's lifespan. I appreciate this channel's content therefore I care for the owner's well-being. I am not trying to stop him from doing what he is doing. All I am pushing for is reason over emotions. We are adults, not children, so we should act like ones. No book on this world is worth all the rage.

June 2022 brings disaster to a 10 year wiki editor career

James Hibberd is a journalist who has covered Thrones since the start. On June 16 he publishes his big scoop about a sequel to Game of Thrones:
https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/game-of-thrones-jon-snow-spinoff-1235167415/

News is repeated everywhere. The Dragon Demands decides Hibberd is lying.

Let me be clear: this doesn't end here. It extends far beyond text you're reading on screen now. From this day forward there will be fan campaigns to expose you and remove you from all public venues.
We remember
(continued) I will lead fan campaigns to make sure you never sit on a Game of Thrones franchise convention panel again. You've been abusing your position for too long.

James Hibberd is a corporate shill and was Benioff's mouthpiece for years. Not only did he lie to fans for Benioff...now that Benioff isn't in charge, he's out of the loop and not privy to insider information anymore.

Recall how back in January 2021, he claimed that a Robert's Rebellion live-action prequel was in development, only for that to turn out completely false?

He's a crony desperately trying to be relevant again.

There is NO EVIDENCE, no third party confirmation of a "Jon Snow sequel project". HBO, Martin, Harington have said nothing.
Sure, nothing within 24 hours during a weekend. Give it a few days. Emilia Clarke (Daenerys actress) confirms it's true. The novelist himself, Mr. George R.R. Martin, confirms it and compliments Mr. Hibberd.

The company that owns the wiki site steps in. One month ban across the whole fandom.com loser cinematic universe - and his admin privileges removed indefinitely.

Admin Departure: The Dragon Demands Archive 1 Archive 2
Hello everyone - my name is Tim, I am Fandom’s Director of Community Safety. I am writing to the community today to let you all know that this morning I globally blocked The Dragon Demands, one of this wiki’s historical admins, from the Fandom network for the period of a month. As a result, TDD has also had their admin rights removed from this wiki.

Traditionally, Fandom does not give detail to third parties (that is to say, people other than the blocked user and Fandom itself) as to why a block took place. Because of the effect it will make upon this community, I did want to explicitly tell you all about this decision and simply state that it relates to our Terms of Use, specifically regarding how users - especially those who represent the community to the broader fan online community - must interact in a healthy, productive manner.

TDD’s ban will expire within one month. However, their admin rights will not be allowed by Staff to be restored at that time. There may be a point down the road where, based on regaining trust, we would be willing to revisit that decision. But it will not come without that trust being regained and we will not set a timetable on that at this time.
He goes through the stages of grief. Tries to reason with them on Discord, is blocked on sight. Emails the other members of his team. Says the site cannot stop them if they vote to make him admin again. Makes a video apologising but only admits it was wrong to @mention the journalist. Writes epic email to the company - he copied it to the 'Community' section of his Youtube channel.

He emailed the other admins on the Thrones wiki.
This is the first I'm hearing of this:
https://gameofthrones.fandom.com/f/p/4400000000003628450
Probably because I yelled about James Hibberd being an utterly unreliable source. He is, but this time he happened to have an accurate leak. I was wrong. Doesn't change that he's covered for Benioff for years.
I accept the one month ban humbly, however, as my outraged response was against decorum.
However...it's quite unorthodox of them to:
1 - not discuss this with me on any level or send any message. Did Hibberd himself contact them? Or the Reddit trolls who are always following me around?
2 - ....declare that the GoTWiki community itself is forbidden to even consider voting me back my Admin status. This is quite unprecedented.
James Hibberd is like the reporters covering for Joss Whedon before he got outed in controversy.
I should have had the wherewithal not to "@" my accusations directly to him on Twitter , simply due to decorum, but I never mentioned the wiki in that context.
(Shrug) well the penalty for that is a one month ban, I'm not fighting that.
As for Admin status...that affects the ability to work on all the locked pages.
Admin Departure: The Dragon Demands | Fandom Hello everyone - my name is Tim, I am Fandom’s…

The question is....generally... is it true that "the fandom community" or at least the GoTWiki community....holds Hibberd in contempt?
He gave whitewashed reports about controversies like the Sansa rape (we later found out he actively redacted the worst parts), wrote that utterly self-serving and whitewashing interview book, and that offensively pre-rehearsed SDCC 2019 panel. He HID information from us, actively hid information.
So my hope is that the other GoTWiki admins...are at least "understanding", that if such a loathed figure known to lie in the past gave a seemingly impossible claim of a "sequel" show?...my incredulous and offended reaction was at least sympathetic, if not condonable.
I promise not to send messages directed at Hibberd again in any formation.
Exactly one month from now I will return and continue increasingly backlogged work prepping for House of the Dragon.
I kind of hope the other GoTWiki regulars eventually think I'm worth giving Admins rights.
...I...I don't know how you all feel about Fandom Central saying they don't want to give any of you a choice in the matter, telling you who they won't allow to be an Admin. Without prior discussion or public complaint.
Unless of course you were all deeply upset with my performance for some time now, in which case I apologize - I'm doing what I can in an increasingly impossible situation.
When I tried to share this post on Fandom's official Discord channel I got booted out of the Discord mid-conversation. I couldn't even finish, they didn't want to hear me out or answer anything. They simply kicked me off. Are you on that Discord? did they delete the whole thing?
(shrug)
Please copy/paste this to my Talk page if possible, and the comments section of the above forum post.
I wonder how you all feel about this.
I accept the one month ban, I know they need to keep standards. Forbidding the community to even potentially vote me back Admin status? Unorthodox. (Was it Hibberd himself who complained?...if so understandable, but I increasingly fear it's the Reddit trolls from ASOIAFCircleJerk just looking to disrupt me).
There's a lot of work that needs to be done before House of the Dragon starts, this only delays things.
Please at least share this with the other active Admins I don't know their e-mails.
-- The Dragon Demands
Above we saw that his belief that a loyal cadre of admins on the wiki would just vote to give him his rights back. Not so fast. Not so fast.

He emailed the Fandom company, and posted about it on his Youtube channel community tab.

Kiwifarms is the best place to archive this, it's just text. The links are all fucked, that's either his fault by copying the email like a boomer, or some dickery that Youtube does, it can't be fixed.
For those concerned about such things, the Fandom staff briefly sent me a response e-mail to my initial submission asking "what's going on?" - they just reiterated what they said in the public forum post, about my block due to my outburst at Hibberd.

For those concerned with such things, I'm not ashamed of my response I replied with, so here it is copy-pasted. I just sent it 5 minutes ago:

-------------------------------------

Before I was kicked from the Discord I was writing in to apologize and accept this punishment. I do not contest the one month block.

I want to establish some context though which I wasn't able to before:

...did Hibberd himself bring this to your attention, or did others send in specific messages from a two day period out of context?

Given the controversial ending of Game of Thrones there are divisive camps in the fandom, and as you've seen, the Reddit trolls actively follow me around as one of the prominent pro-books figures.

Everything happened really fast in a two day period:

While I should never have had an outburst like I did, specifically responding directly to Hibberd that the Jon Snow sequel leak was so impossible as to be a complete lie.

MOST major Game of Thrones news outlets considered Hibberd's claim to be utterly fantastical and absurd; from YouTube Channels to even WinterIsComing.net. All of the other GotWiki admins were also totally convinced this leak was impossible.

Convinced that he was mistaken, I was so shocked he'd make such a brazen and unverified leak that I was unfuriated that when it was 'inevitably' revealed to be false, he could just shrug and keep reporting on it. I mean, it's not like you can claim "Tolkien is going to rise from the grave to make a sequel to the Lord of the Rings", with no evidence, be proven wrong, and face no consequences.

The idea that George R.R. Martin would even consider letting HBO make a sequel was on this level, and considered ridiculous by all news outlets... https://twitter.com/ADragonDemands/st...

...only for Martin to then reveal two days later that it wasn't just "something HBO wanted to discuss"...but something *Kit Harington himself* came up with, and had been working on WITH Martin in seret for a year and a half?! This was mind-boggling.

HOWEVER, after my initial stunned reaction, in the intervening day I started walking back my comments. If people sent you selected tweets out of context you may have missed this.

Thinking on it, I started theorizing "Hibberd isn't crazy enough to make such a big lie with no consequences...but maybe HBO lied to him, as like a publicity stunt"...or even, and I highlighted this, "Actually, if this is something in the early stages but Kit Harington actually is being approached about it, as Hibberd claimed, I'll have to retract my earlier accusations and Hibberd's report was essentially accurate"

Looking at time stamps, I started walking back my initial stunned reaction only 12 hours after initial tweet storm: https://twitter.com/ADragonDemands/st...

And in these Tweets only four days later, I was openly starting to put forward "If Kit Harington was actually in discussions about a project on any level, even voicing a cartoon, Hibberd might actually be telling the truth": https://twitter.com/ADragonDemands/st...

(others were even surprised at how "generous" this position was given how NO ONE thought his claims could be true. All news outlets for the show thought it was a brazen lie.)

Problem is that I cross-platform, and MOST of my retraction was actually on YouTube:

On June 20, I made an hourlong video calmly walking back my initial stunned reaction and saying "look, if Kit actually is involved with this, even if it's just a cartoon or video game, Hibberd was right and my accusations incorrect" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbbPJ...

Finally, when GRRM himself CONFIRMED the news to be true, I directly sent a Tweet reply to Hibberd to acknowledge my error. I didn't know what to say, as I was shocked, but decided to keep it curt and inoffensive. So when Hibberd tweeted out that GRRM had publicly confirmed it, I sent a brief message directly to Hibberd saying "Indeed, ser, indeed". https://twitter.com/ADragonDemands/st...

Now that happened on June 23rd, Thursday...that same night I not only acknowledged my error on Twitter, but put out a YouTube video ADMITTING I was wrong about Hibberd: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfjRv...

We wouldn't need to have a fan campaign to remove Hibberd for making shockingly, preposterously false claims (amounting to an abuse of his position)...when it claims turned out to be entirely accurate! And I admitted as much. I was wrong.

...then the sudden post you made announcing I was blocked and my status revoked was made...a full five days LATER, on June 28, Tuesday: https://gameofthrones.fandom.com/f/p/...

This was five days after I'd already publicly and repeatedly walked back my comments, even to Hibberd himself.

While I should never have made my initial outburst in the first place, EVERY news outlet, ALL the other Admins, were utterly stunned and incredulous at this. Particularly given Hibberd's prior record with this.

Should I delete those original Twitter comments? The only reason i didn't delete them was because I feared I'd be accused of LYING by "destroying the evidence". I thought it was more honest to leave them up, along with my later Tweets admitting I could be wrong, then ultimately acknowledging Hibberd's report was accurate.

CONTINUED IN PART 2, IN THE REPLY SECTION TO THIS POST - IT WAS A LONG E-MAIL

Part 2
Thus while it never should have happened...many including ALL the other admins at least sympathize with how it happened; as a one in a million mistake (it's like someone claiming Tolkien rose from the grave to approve a LOTR sequel). Even then I was already walking back those comments within HALF A DAY and on my own initiative.

If you haven't checked back...the other six GoTWiki Admins were UNANIMOUS in their support for me and wish for me to return: this was all a horrible mistake no one could have predicted:

https://gameofthrones.fandom.com/f/p/4400000000003628450

*Ser Shield McShield - "Well, he has been a great admin on this wiki and it's going to suffer if he is not made an admin again at some point."

*Xanderen - "Well, this is a very sad day for the wiki. I suspect that I know why Fandom have made this decision, and I respect their reasoning. All I have to say is that TDD is still an important part of this community. That hasn't changed."

*Darth Dracarys - "I look forward to TDD's future contributions regarding House of the Dragon. The season will be waiting for him upon his return to the wiki."

*Potsk - "Even if he isn't restored as an administrator or bureaucrat, his word will be highly respected as a senior contributor to the wiki."

*Gonzalo84 - "As one of the oldest admins of the wiki, I know of Dragon's personal struggles and efforts, not to mention his dedication to the wiki for nearly a decade. We look forward for his return."

*Moonracer - "DDT has been doing a great work contributing a lot to this wikipedia for many years, and there is no doubt he will continue this way."

Now we come to the meat of the issue:

"TDD’s ban will expire within one month. However, their admin rights will not be allowed by Staff to be restored at that time. There may be a point down the road where, based on regaining trust, we would be willing to revisit that decision. But it will not come without that trust being regained and we will not set a timetable on that at this time."

I fully accept and do not contest a one month ban as punishment.

I also don't contest being removed from the Community Council, and losing my status as a Bureaucrat.

I do write to plead for the GoTWiki community to be given the opportunity to hold a new vote to allow me to have basic Admin status.

As you can see the other six Admins unanimously look forward to my return, or even bluntly said that "removing my Admin status would harm the wiki".

Not for any authority over others or community representation as comes with Community Council status etc - I know I've lost that.

If I don't have basic Admin rights I don't have that vital "toolbox": I wouldn't be able to contribute to any of the locked pages. And we're such a high volume, high profile wiki, that ALL of our major character pages are locked.

How could I continue to update the "Rhaenyra Targaryen" page, which I've been rigorously preparing for the big House of the Dragon launch?

The ban you handed down for was one month, not a year, so you seem to still want me to contribute on some level. I'm asking that when that ban expires, can you at least give the GoTWiki staff the option to entrust me with the basic Admin-level (not Bureaucrat level) rights which would allow me to continue to make vital contributions to our most high profile pages? We're facing a vast new expansion of this major franchise again; losing my ability to edit the locked pages would hobble the overall efforts to keep up with House of the Dragon news.

Don't take my word for it, look at what all six of them just said.

I want to apply to for basic Admin status again there. I'm basically begging to do free work for you - just to have that permission level to edit the locked pages.

But the one month block, and losing my Community Council status as well as Bureaucrat status, I humbly accept without contest.

Thank you for your time. I hope you've read all of this.

I must stress again: did Hibberd HIMSELF send these complaints? Because if he did...why would we wait until a full five days AFTER I admitted he was right and retracted my earlier outburst? OR, were the reddit trolls having fun by sending in my initial tweetburst out of context, that within hours I was retracting it?

Well, I will return as at least a contributor on July 28, just in time for their big House of the Dragon San Diego Comic Con panel. There is much work to do.

I hope you choose to share this e-mail with the GoTWiki community by copy-pasting it into that forum thread you made, though that's up to you.

"I'm basically begging to do free work for you ..."

Here is his 'Dindu Nuffin' apology video where he apologies in the narrowest way - he should not have replied directly to Hibberts twitter.

He seems to be at the acceptance stage of grief, thinking it could be 1-2 years before he gets his powers back. Who knows if the clipping of the dragons wings will quiet it, or make it shriek and burn cities to the ground.

Fear not, there's 10 years of fun that KiwiFarms missed out on, but it is still out there to be mined.

Not so much drama on that wiki, because it seems they do not discuss stuff as much publicly, in the way other wikis use user talk pages for messaging.

Hail, fellow internet autist. Can you consolidate everything into one post, please?

You should not accuse him of being an incel.

He is not involuntarily celibate. There is a woman waiting for him. She tweeted that he saved her life. Nobody asked for clarification how he may have done that but she has a mood disorder of some description. She may in fact love him, she definitely wants to protect him.

She is a functioning productive adult female. She is a fitness instructor. She's batshit, but she's got a job, and functions better than him.

He tweeted:
My followers aren't a cult .... A cult would have more sex in it.

She replies:
I was just complaining about the lack of Sex in our relationship!!!

It's not a joke, it is direct invitation to copulate. She's putting it right out there, with a slutty anthropomorphic pear animation for good measure. She really believes he saved her life.
This man @ADragonDemands doesn’t know it…but he helped save my life a few years ago.
I would suffer a million Dooms with him.
From this day…to my last day.
My sword is his. #HouseoftheDragon
The 'Doom' refers to the cataclysmic destruction of the empire of dragon lords. For such a fan of Daenerys Targaryen, saying this is like Abby Shapiro telling you she would endure all of the pogroms if meant she got some of that dick.

KiwiFarms, look at her profile and find for me one reason he would NOT rush into the arms of such a woman?

I cannot.

Insert screenshots as images, add videos where necessary, clean up redundances, elaborate more on your claims, such as:
He has theorised about numerous ailments of the mind that he attributes to Benioff. He tries to associate him with various scandals and disgraced persons such as Elisabeth Holmes of the Theranos fraud

This might be the gayest thing I’ve seen posted to this site and I’ve been sent unasked for and unwanted asshole pics.

Preamble too long and too autistic.
Him hating on Game of Thrones adaptation is not something too particularly interesting in itself, there have been relatively big group of book fans that was quite pissed at Benioff and others for ruining some of their favorite parts of the series and the absolutely horrid treatment of book characters after they run out of the material.
Overall, more funny stuff and less autistic narration. He may be a huge sperg but I didn't notice in your OP anything too noteworthy imo.

The OP does not attempt to debate the merit of GoT at all. The farce relates to how much work he puts into an encyclopedia for the show he hates, him being a caricature of power tripping mod, how often he loses his temper, his overshares, and sad existence.

Calling people autistic loses its power if it is overused. Do you think all educated people are autistic? Should I switch to Afro-American Vernacular or cockney rhyming slang? There is a website call Tik Tok that might be more suited to your attention span.

You sound a bit mad. You might want to lurk a bit more before posting here again.

what?

Gotta be honest, I don't see what makes this dude any more or less batshit than any other GoT nerd. They're all insane. No exceptions, only degrees.
Overall, he's pretty tame compared to other "gatekeeping nerds" and/or fans that bitch about an adaptation not being good enough, in ANY franchise. Compare this dude to even the most casual Star Wars fan, and his takes are all really toothless. Posting unhappy spergouts about GoT on Twitter doesn't bring the laughs, and from your own words, that's pretty much all he does.

And perhaps the most notable advice: Way, way too much tell, not enough show. This isn't an essay for your college midterm, it's an intro to a nerdy shut-in. Cut down on the word count and use more pictures/screenshots. Just SHOW the funny. The only explanation a good joke needs is maybe context, not a preamble.

(Also, and this might just be me, but your writing comes off sounding very Angry Canadian-tier "faux professional", so it feels a bit...off, for a gossip forum. May help to try presenting the subject in a little more casual/personable tone.)
