Sorry if this has been asked and I missed it while skimming the thread, but what about the detransitioners? Are there gender de-assignment surgeries? There are detransition surgeries, but there’s not always a lot they can do.


Yeah, they can take off the flesh roll (which often happens regardless detransition because of health issues) but it’s not always that they can save the snatch.

(Sure, they can take out the sutures and open it for business, but the tissue that provides humidity along with much of the vaginal canal has usually been carved out so…)

It always depend on what surgeries the person had done to them and how.

The best reason to detransition, aside from mental and physical health, is that regardless of genitals, if you kept your uterus, the body usually recovers and starts to produce natural estrogen/testosterone again.

You can again live a live free of medicinal intervention.

If you’re not on any pills, you may not understand it, but you can go wherever you want to go. Whenever you want to.

When you’re dependent on pharmaceuticals, whether on estrogen pills or methadone, that’s a freedom you don’t have.

There's no way a woman can inject herself with high doses of testosterone and have a healthy uterus, it's very toxic. I'm surprised she turned 60 this June.
