That’s technically a different procedure called a hemispherectomy where half the brain is completely removed. It’s a radical last-resort intervention to treat seizures that do not respond to any other treatment.

This is a prosthetic vag thing that fits like bad underwear and allows them to be fucked between their thighs, not in the man made fuckhole. It’s meant for those who didn’t get chopped.

Unfortunately, this is seen as unacceptable because they are told it's reasonable to mutilate your body to skinwalk the other sex. It's all about identity and permanently changing the unchangable.

It's exactly the same as those people who believe that they shouldn't have a specific limb and want it amputated. A prosthetic that appears as an amputated arm still has the functionality of an arm behind it, and there will always be a reminder that the arm is still there.

It sucks that these doctors are violating their oaths and harming mentally ill people. It sucks that the media is pushing so hard, not for explorations of actual treatments, but for enabling the equivalent of gender schizophrenics.
