A DMCA takedown request is just a request. They're only powerful on Twitter/YouTube because they are massive platforms and don't want to deal with the liability. How many times has content on those platforms been taken down by false notices now?
It's been nearly a year since Xenforo pulled the license and nothing has happened. It got pulled over a schizo harassing their email inbox and not because Xenforo gives a shit about internet activism. They have no stake in this fight. And Josh is the host so a DMCA request is going nowhere.
