Doesn't seem this one has much of a presence outside Twitter. There's a Reddit account with the same name that hasn't made any new posts or comments in the past 2 months. One post confirms he's Canadian, so it's likely this is the same person. Interestingly Galbraith might have moved recently to Quebec as the last Reddit comment ( Archive ) made 2 months ago references a radio station in Ottawa, and a Steam account of the same name confirms residence in Renfrew, Ontario (redundantly highlighted for your convenience):
