according to the attached video, multiple threats were made (one received by toronto police services), but this is seemingly the only one that was made public due to it being tied to london. it'd probably be a given that this is the worst offender, since it directly emails everyone on the city council webpage. arguably, it's still pretty low effort, since you could probably go through the list in, like, 2-3 minutes.

Let me get this straight. The email is named after Clara Sorenti. The email says her name is Clara. The threat is basically saying she is tired of being dead named. But according to Lucas (who probably hasn't seen the email unless athorities showed him which is likely) the email was under a deadname and the policed deadnamed her. That was one of her main points when grifting around 100k from her fans. LOL.
