Whatever happens, happens. They knows that the site won't go down. I don't break the law and can scrape together money for a defense. The more audacious the lawsuit, the more likely I (as the defendant) will receive pro bono representation from people who have no interest in protecting the forum but millions of dollars in corporate interest in protecting whatever 1st Amendment issue is being litigated.
In a worse case scenario where we lose our infrastructure and DDoS mitigation, we can relocate it to Russia or something. The only downside of hosting in Russia is that I'd basically have to hire an advocate to politick for me, and I'd have to censor any threads on RusFed citizens (we have like 3). I might also have to make the site generally unavailable in Russia.
This is actually what's happening: Keffals wants any win he can get. There's a reason why he's propping up a stock ticker as a W right now. He has to convince his retard fans that what he's doing is effective so people look to him as a leader. Nothing would be a bigger benefit to his posturing as a leader than having the site go down for a week or losing our registrar.
