It seems like possibly a mixture of toxic environment and severe, untreated mental illness has resulted in...Bee. Definitely much of her MBI behavior is intentional, but it would be interesting to know how much her upbringing, and caretakers, contributed to getting her where she is today (in terms of refusal to age and; MBI activity). I’m eager to know where this individual’s story will take us.


...What? Her father sleeps in her bedroom? I wonder if a history of incest or other sexual abuse could be partial cause to her clutching her fading youth (either of her own decisions or at the influence of an abuser, such as her father).

Because of the "seizures" her parents watch her 24/7. Bee is never allowed to be alone and a camera has been seen in her room too.

There's a strong theory that sexual abuse may have taken place. There's always been an uncomfortably sexual undercurrent to what goes on in the Crisp household. It's entirely possible that Bee's "illness" was triggered by SA and that part of the motivation is sexual or fetishistic. That dad ain't right and the mum is completely divvy.

@Visual Acid Confusion I've had a quick scan of the literature this morning cos this had piqued my interest.

It's possible although extremely rare to have takeyasu arteritis and HEDS (and therefore the combo platter) but it's also a complicated diagnostic picture because the vascular aspects of EDS can present as vasculitis and EDS can in fact be a differential diagnosis for takeyasu.

Generally it's VEDS that Is associated with vasculitis.

So it's possible that if you doctor shopped with the same symptoms you could obtain a diagnosis of both.

She's for sure OTT and I could only find one paper about a patient with both takeyasu and HEDS and they also had schizophrenia (unfortunate).

Funny thing is she's nuked so many followers and gets so little interaction. She has to stage these episodes to bait the latest people in her orbit into interacting and even then it's minimal.

Who is she doing it for? She can't really be hoping for fame and asspats if she keeps blocking and rejecting followers.

She really does seem to think she has talent and is just about to hit the big time at any given moment — the sheer delusion and lack of self-awareness is part of what makes her so delightful to watch. She's massively untalented and just about thick and narcissistic enough to genuinely believe it when Daddy Crisp tells her she's gonna be a big star one day.

Daddy Crisp definitely knows better, though. He's creepy in the extreme and HAS to know his oaf of a daughter can't sing or dance to save her life. And yet he happily enables the fantasies as long as it keeps his widdle girl sick and safely at home.

She's like Mysteryelles in my mind, in that it probably started out as MbP and forced infantilisation from the parents and then developed into her own raging codependent form of MbI as a result. Fascinating and hilarious in about equal measure.

Haven't seen her in years, apparently she quit youtube and is now pansexual "femme they/them". In a heterosexual relationship of course, it's always the straights who become enbys. Alexandra has been in the hospital. She's waiting on surgery, and doing a Q&A to keep her occupied during her brief moments of sobriety.


She has a limited diet (so limited that she can make fancy smoothie bowls instead of medical nutrition shakes). But she LOVES ice cream. And climbing unmarked trails through vines and trees. Alexandra the resilient just deals with puking all the time since she has no venous access for TPN.


After a traumatic 17-month-long hospital admission (has she mentioned that before?) Alexandra just woke up one morning and shoved her PTSD aside. She was able to overcome it through the power of blogging and studying.

In case you missed it there: Alexandra is not currently even in medical school. She will be rejoining this academic year after recovering from surgery. All of her recent viral tiktoks calling herself a deafblind medic or deafblind med student are somewhat disingenuous; there's no guarantee she will be able to rejoin.

I don't know anything about british medical school but there is a large chance she won't be let back. She already has accomdiations and has taken how many semesters off? And given she has semi thrown herself out in the media she is just a liability. Part of me wonders if she has already been dismissed and this hospitalization is just a cover up.
