Here's the original. If you read into it, it's not unlike fedposting in essence. It's a sarcastic meme making fun of calls to violence, especially "ends justifies the means" or "no bad targets". Putting a Patrick Bateman picture and invoking a philosophical concept is, presumably, so over-the-top that nobody would mistake it for being serious.

The meme blew up on a bunch of zoomer subreddits, like /r/196. Unfortunately nobody there even knows what 'ontologically' means, or that fedposting is supposed to be discouraged and mocked.

I maintain this hope in my dumbest of sheep hearts that the Catboy Ranch will be the sword that Lucas and his entire cult inevitably dies upon.
