A dedicated customer base is always the best option for any business. A few good weeks while people are curious is a nice surge, but unlike a resturant, people can watch you for free. A dedicated fan base that gives you 5 bucks a month, as well the people who regularly SC is the only long term strategy. Not to mention the whales that latch on. Thats why sub counts and revenue are not connected. Gura may be the most subscribed, but people like Calli and Kiara get more money than her.

I'm not so sure about Gura making less money than Kiara and Calli. People have done estimates on each HoloEN's membership numbers paying $5 a month and iirc Gura had way more estimated memberships than the two usual EN superchat leaders Orange and pink woman, 10-15x was the number I remember.
