Not only is there no evidence that the forum did anything he accused, but I can't even find any mentions of the Trevor Project beening DDoSed recently.

This chink does nothing but lie. The only mention of Trevor Project here has been recommending them as an alternative charity to anyone fool enough to consider donating to TLL while the thief Kjel Anderson was treating donations as his personal piggybank.

Agreed. The only mentions I've ever seen here regarding the Trevor Project were in the context of it being a legitimate, credible, and donation-worthy alternative to TLL that actually/consistently helps the people seeking their assistance. No reasonable user here would want to DDoS them.

This just illustrates how desperate detractors and white knights are that they have to make stuff up or leave out key details in their efforts to get attention, asspats, and support.

So
1. "directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action" AND
2. "likely to incite or produce such action"
So it fails #1 because we ban fedposters who say to do things "in Minecraft" and since it's "AND" if one fails then the other also fails. These people can't even cite the law properly :story:
