You do have to wonder if the doctors/surgeons doing these surgeries match the same psychological profile as someone like Dr. Mengele.
If you did think like that then this would be the perfect situation. You get to perform whatever fucked up surgery you want, people actually pay you for the privilege for you to slice em up, and if they're unhappy with the results they'll be ostracized by their community so they shut the fuck up.

You know when you see some of these fucking things, like rot pockets with shit turning black and dropping off, or those fucking arm cocks that just look like fucking tubes of meat with no attempt to even make them resemble real dicks, and then hear about the surgeons "it's totally fine, part of the healing process" responses, followed by just ghosting the troon, who grows increasingly desperate, it makes me wonder if some of these surgeons are just sociopaths that have stumbled on a easy way to graft thousands from customers who will be silenced by other troons if they dare to speak out.
