So did shaggy actually commit a crime and was he arrested? I'm a bit confused because this is conflicting with some other information I've been told to the point I suspect there's fake news about Shaggy currently being disseminated.

I would be inclined to verify it first- due to the fact I've been informed by (formerly reliable for info) people that apparently either Shaggy or the "Council of Evil" in general are making some kind of deliberate attempt as a "side mission" to infiltrate, subvert, and fuck with David Stay and the single-digit number of people who still watch his YouTube show in the same way OG Plate Gang and Zoom did a few years ago. I've been told this is apparently completely unrelated to Shaggy's incredibly pathetic call-in attempts to the show a few months prior- and is, quote "alot more subtle".

This is either those who do not learn from the past being condemned to repeat it (at least for David and his sycophants) or a deliberate gayop/fake news attempts to draw heat off of shaggy in particular or the council in general. It's hearsay and unconfirmed I admit- but I would definitely try to keep an eye out knowing these people's prior patterns of behavior.
