Hospital heroin is slang for Dilaudid. I don't think he actually used heroin, needle and all. He was probably just eating bunches of after-surgery opiates and called it heroin to be edgy. When the farms was offline, he said in a stream he has muh fibromyalgia so I wonder what he takes for that.
