Microgrants are small monetary gifts, though they can be "loans", typically given to those of few means in hard to live places to the end of making their community better, but we're talking a couple thousand dollars. The example that I remember was something like a $2000 loan to a woman in africa somewhere so she could get peanut processing equipment to the end of making peanut butter, which created some local industry, feel good article incoming, etc. etc.

The entire point of microgrants is that people with means can make small targeted donations/"loans", that won't hurt too much if they aren't paid back but will provide far more value to the recipient due to local shit economies and who knows, maybe that little infusion boosts a community. A third world community. The kind that lives on cents per day.

Now apply this to trannies. There's very little chance that microgrants to troons which are very much a first world thing, in the amounts typically envisioned, can possibly be anything very short term boosts to a first world lifestyle and with all the oversight that kind of program is going to get (hint: fucking none), there's zero chance it isn't just giving money to "low income" friends.

The fucking balls on 'em.

Most importantly though, what this means is that Lucas donates 100k and it "stays in the family", so to speak. Hell, I could be wrong, but I don't think such a program ever has to pay out, strictly speaking, if they just "never find any qualified candidates".
