BreadTubers and "Twitch Politics" are considered different scenes. They overlap somewhat on Youtube itself if Twitch people share their VODs on Youtube or multi-stream, but people who are on political on Twitch associate themselves mainly with that platform - unless they get kicked off and have to return to Youtube by necessity (see Destiny). BreadTubers meet at Youtube's VidCon conference, not TwitchCon. Though I'm sure Keffals will put aside a sum from his GoFundMe fraud to travel back to California for VidCon next summer to meet ContraPoints etc.
