This sped *walked* into an ED with "chest pain" and demanded to be seen before she even gave her name to anyone. Then got huffy when she stopped a busy doctor about her super serious high heart rate and cursed him out when he didn't give her the answer she wanted. She then got angry when she overheard the nurse and doctor chatting about her and got even more loud and belligerent. At which point she rage quit the ER, then got mad they wouldn't let her back in. Then she screams into her phone about it for 3 minutes and blames her outburst on tourette's and autism while claiming she has seizures for some reason. Also, given her ability to scream, even I have my doubts about the severity of her episode, and I'm sure the nurses did as well.

This is the setup to these people crying, "Alex didn't care that I tried to kill myself!" Or "My parents didn't stop me or take me to the ER!" "Emotional abuse! Medical neglect! I'm the victim!"

Probably if you have that amount of energy to scream you're not having a heart attack. And not that crazy people can't have heart attacks, but if you show up screaming to the ER saying it's a heart attack, but yell nonstop about how actively mentally ill you are...... what do you think the doctors will think?

There's a difference between the unmistakeable feeling that you're physically fucked, and unbareable emotions. Doctors and nurses can tell the difference instantly.
That's an adult tantrum. Her body isn't saying it's dying, her mind is uncomfortable and she's decided she feels like she's dying. Unironically if you sat her in a white cushioned room for an hour or so without a source of attention, she'd calm right down. She'd claim it was literal torture later, but her high heart rate would resolve. Police stations use this tactic.

also it's not even slightly uncommon that someone would not have have worked at all in the state they went to university in, people get matched where they get matched.

The plan was that Alex was going to take her to the ER, she just forgot to tell Alex and Alex was busy.

This is literally insane. The "overdose" is obviously not at an amount meant to inflict any actual harm upon herself. She took a few extra pills and then went right to Alex, apparently. Alex was so unconcerned by her obvious bullshit that she wasn't even taken to the ER. Ouch. So much for the extravagant plans to gobble pills and then slit her wrists in the bathtub.
It's pretty infuriating when people so obviously suicide bait for attention and clearly have zero suicidal ideation. So she made a pathetic """attempt""", it didn't get her the desired result (attention and a hospital visit), so she's shrugging and saying 'nah, I'll just see my psych lol'.

The first weird part was they kept referring to this kids “connective tissues disorder” and breathing issues but never specifying Jack shit about why he was so ill to be a frequent flier at the ER. The opening shot for the story was a classic munchie photo-op: poor kid sitting on floor while mommy had placed all his pills and medical equipment around him.
The mom’s IG reveals a stereotypical intersectional feminist trans ally with OCD, endless selfies with false lashes and TWO zebra kids with EDS. She will definitely be trooning one of her kids out.
She also has the classic narcissist trait of thinking everyone else is a narc and constantly posts narc memes. IG is aurorarutledge

Dumb bitch can take care of herself better than many chronically ill people who aren't even terminal. I think she might be a fan of that CF girl that chose to die rather than suffer an intense surgery. She's getting a trach to sound short of breath like she did.
The girl who died did a lot of stuff on death acceptance. This is a poor, dollar store attempt at that. Plus death positivity is already popular online and considered part of an "alt girl" aesthetic.
The "I'm making videos to tell people what to do with my body" is teen romanticism from popular shows like 13 reasons why plus probably partially inspired by the advanced care planning advocated by the death positive movement. But I see it less as a responsible thing like the latter and more like the former because whether she will admit it or not, she's killing herself with unnecessary surgeries and determined to die like the sloppery girl.
