He had a panic attack before and some sort of breakdown after the surgery and had to talk with the hospital psychiatrist.

The facial feminization cost $38,000 NZD or currently $23,000 USD, to break his face and have him sedated for 15 hours, and he looks literally the exact same as he did before (of course he’s convinced himself this is not the case). He even admits the the surgery made him MORE masculine and less able to ‘pass’ for months afterwards and it took over a year to convince himself the surgery had settled in and finally made him more feminine. Yet, he wants to pursue vocal surgery.

As much as this guy is a lunatic, I’m more disturbed (as usual) that medical professionals will do these procedures on people so clearly not well.

I know we talked about scars a lot but I am convinced there’s something about these patients that leads to poor healing. That’s a huge, very badly done and badly healed scar for the hysterectomy . Someone compared it to a c se tion scar and that’s fair - Most c section scars heal really fast, and end up as thin white lines, often with rows of dots from the staples or stitches but nothing like this. I’m convinced it’s a combo of terrible closure technique and terrible wound care. Even most postpartum women, who are knackered, operating on very little sleep and have a baby to care for heal better. Even women I know who had emergency sections, which are brutal, there’s no time for finesse, have less scarring than this.

When the people doing this shit call themselves things like Doctor Teetus Deleetus I think it's a safe bet they're just as insane and incompetent as the troons they're mutilating. It's the blind leading the blind.
