All I can think of when I see these giant enlarged clitoris's (clitori?) is that sex tape from the early/mid aughts “1 Night in China” starring thar former pro wrestler. Guys at my high school used to (successfully) gross us girls out by showing us clips of it over AIM. I remember we all thought she was a tranny, but no. Anyway, I’m more laissez-faire on letting people mutilate themselves, but seeing how women who don’t want to be men but just have some giant clit fetish (though in most cases, I'll blame their male partners who are probably the ones who want them to have this) are subverting the system to get hormones that will irreparably change their bodies is horrifying.

I do believe that for some individuals, gender dysphoria is a real thing and that HRT might be the best treatment (I'm a lot less-convinced about bottom surgery because of this thread. I think the irreparable harm and complications mean it likely won’t help anyone), but that requires a doctor, and yes, therapist, to do a real assessment. Not to ask a few questions and then give someone drugs that will make permanent changes that a person doesn't understand.

Holy shit! I'm so so glad these girls are straight up lying to get testosterone to enlarge their clit. Any of them that say "I like the idea of it" is totally doing it because of some sort of fetish. I'm a bit glad to see that Plume does not give cis women testosterone. About a year ago I posted here how I was able to get Folx to send me estrogen and I had said I was a woman with a whole vagina and uterus. They look worse, tbh. Mastectomy scars vary a lot depending on what needed to be removed and your anatomy, but there’s always a consideration of either leaving skin for future reconstruction or minimising scarring. These women seem to want the scarring.

I had RFF done two years ago and have had so many complications. One thing that's still happening to me is that the hand of my donor arm still swells up and hurts. Sometimes it happens during/after exercise, but I wake up all the time with my hand swollen or it happens randomly during the day. I get pretty severe pain in the back of that hand too, especially when flexion my wrist and gets even worse if I flex my fingers. It feels like something is very very tight when I do that, but I have as much range of motion as my other wrist/hand/fingers. Like the tendons are stuck down or something.

I had a lot of delayed healing with my arm graft and the whole thing still feels really stiff and locked down. I've done tons of physical therapy, massage, vitamin E, and been to multiple doctors about it as well as my surgeon many times.

My doctor and I have discussed fat grafting in my arm (not so much to bulk it up because it's filled very well, but to hopefully peel the skin up a little more inside and create some space in there). It's just so frustrating to have had surgery YEARS ago and still be dealing with complications. I don't regret doing it, but wow, I had no idea what I was getting myself into.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen, and anything they were able to do? I do stretches, massage, ice, exercises for the fingers etc.

Apologies in advance for the PL but I was just at a company Christmas party last night and a much older coworker started ranting to me about they/thems. I asked him if he knew anything about SRS and he did not. I proceeded to show him some examples from this thread. I never would have done this had I not been drinking.

Today he told me that he was so disgusted by our prior conversation that he would never be the same person again. Being sober, I was horrified that our discussion had gone so far. But at the same time, the photo evidence definitely peaked him. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due.
