In fact let me just nick a screen grab of an actual penis to compare.
The bad positioning, the big girly thighs, the squat triangle shape for the mons, the hips, the lack of real balls, it just goes on...

The cutsey little stance she's doing, the oversized sweatshirt like she borrowed it from her (normal man sized) boyfriend tee hee- she looks like a catalog model. A female catalog model.

The positivity is more forced each day. It doesn’t sound like she felt very euphoria looking at her rotdog mutated into a rotburger.

another tiktok phallo experience:

Good god I’ve never been so happy to see a real dick before. Finally something natural and not uncanny.

Little update on tgirlsurgerywarrior. It seems he's starting to crack and the novelty of his stink-ditch is wearing off.
Previous update was posted here which was about his pain in dilation and concern over the awful smell of his stink-ditch.

He popped a stitch and ripped his ball-sack pseudo-labia. (A)

I am honestly exhausted. The pain meds of Tylenol are a joke. Have a follow up on Wednesday. Douching is the worst part and now this flat out sucks

I'm doing very limited sitting. Think it occurred when I was douching on the toilet. I'm hopeful it won't continue to grow and will heal okay

Doctor wants me to continue dilation. Common occurrence in this area, but it definitely is uncomfortable. Treating with antibiotic ointment and rest. Feel like all I do is rest. :(

Hope you're feeling better. The constant stinging feeling SUCKS!
He's apparently taking only Tylenol for the pain; this probably would explain why he's in so much pain compared to other troons since most get stronger drugs. He's hoping it'll heal on its own and trying to avoid sitting.

Two days later, he is coping about 3 weeks of recovery and is now wanting someone to address his other concerns. (A) Butcher is apparently Loren Schechter from Chicago.
week 3.jpg

It's been a crazy 3 weeks. Hoping to continue recovery. Few questions.

1. Wound dehiscence, how long did yours take to heal? I have one that occurred right near my vaginal canal over this past weekend. Extremely uncomfortable wish relief soon
2. Discharge, still a large amount of discharge daily. When did you start seeing that slow down?
Currently more than before but all same color.
3. Dilation, when did that become easier? Which week?
4. Any ideas on emotional guidance. This surgery is a doozy and I'm emotionally effing exhausted. I dunno how to get more out of the funk.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Oh silly troon, you think the discharge is gonna stop? I'm sure you got the colon one, it doesn't know to stop, so you're gonna have to enjoy the fresh stink-ditch smell for the rest of your life.
Dilation never gets any easier, it'll always be uncomfortable. Just make sure you realize that you want your ripped ballsack to heal on its own, but you're inserting an object to prevent that healing from being done. I hope you can appreciate the humor in that and laugh at your choices.

One question I have had for a while is whether or not the reason (or at least one of many) why so many troons have unrealistic expectations about their flesh pits/rot dogs is because some 4D chess players have been posting real genitals onto their subreddits. I think we have all seen that post of the anon who posts pics of real women to raise their expectations, so I can't imagine there have not been at least a few gaydens for example mislead by a few posts of real penises on r/phallo...

Also it's good to finally have an account after 4 years of lurking; if at least one of you don't use the KF moon laser© to destroy my house I fear I may have been lied to about this place being the down syndrome knockoff of the illuminati.

I’ve actually had the same thought and it only makes it sadder; these people see picture after picture of neovaginas that look like they were sculpted with a cheese grater and neopeens with the dimensions of coke cans and will say that bad results are rare while clinging to the obviously natal results and saying “yep, that’s what mine will look like!”
Every other SRS is painful trash but yeah sure yours will be the one that looks real and functions.
It’s a level of desperation that would trigger sympathy in me if this all was life or death, rather than some pathetic cosmetic obsession brought on by being sheltered, entitled and addicted to porn.

Also sorry dude, we never got the moon laser actually working. We just told the troons that because they already believe the world works like their cartoons so why wouldn’t their Big Bad Guys have a moon laser?

Battered, you’re killing me here. I always want to rate you “informative” and “winner” but your post subjects are always “horrifying” and “lunacy”.
Why do you tear me apart like this?

Stupid question but do regular surgeries just fall apart frequently?

I don't think I know anyone that this has happened to, but maybe it happens all the time and I just never hear about it?

But like every other one of these is like "Welp, eight stitches just popped and I look like I tried to fuck a meat cleaver, but my surgical team is super great! I have confidence that during the fourth revision they're going to turn the hamburger back into a cow!"

Sorry for the newfagging and I’m no doctor but I’ve only really seen such disastrous results from plastic surgery type operations. Unless there’s some rare complication regular surgeries tend to have some bruising and pain but unless the wound is being messed with they don’t explode or anything.

That's probably because plastic surgery is about making something look different. A normal surgery would ideally change as little as possible. Terrible plastic surgeries get posted because of how bad they look, too. I imagine a tragic surgery outcome just gets dealt with quietly whereas troons have to find validation online that their result is normal.

Not if the doctor is competent and the patient takes good care of the surgery site as per doctors orders.

I won't PL much but I've had a couple surgeries due to injuries and as long as you follow the basic maintenance they tell you about before a discharge it's rare that something goes catastrophically wrong. I say Rare but anything can happen.
I'll also add that you don't have to follow their home care instructions perfectly they expect people to fuck up and shower too soon or rub/bump the site maybe miss a day of antibiotics etc.

This one got particulary unlucky. Bunch of problems and multiple surgeries before even attaching the rotdog.
Take note, this is a silly feminine gayden not a lesbian.

depression between stages
I had stage 1 of bottom surgery in june 2022. I had v-nectomy, scrotoplasty, and UL. Unfortunately I developed a stricture (along w/ nasty wound separation under my scrotum that healed into a fistula) and had to keep the sp catheter until i could have stage 2.

In the 5 months since surgery i’ve grown increasingly depressed and now with only 3 days to go until surgery i just feel so terrible. Being dependent on the sp just stripped away all my confidence and really took a toll on my mental health.

My stage 2 is only going to consist of upper scrotoplasty and UL repair - no implants or anything else. I was initially going to have RFF as stage 2 but i decided I just cannot go through another major surgery right now so i’ve postponed it for stage 3.

I’m preparing for surgery but so just feel so sad and discouraged. Obviously I need surgery if I ever want to pee normally, and i’ve waited 6 months for it. I’m just looking for some encouragement and support going into surgery on thursday.
If she's getting strictures, fistulas and wound separation before the main installation she's going to have a very rough time. Hopefully her postponing it is a sign she's going to quit after she gets her repairs.
Here's a post she made 2 months ago.

thinking about giving up on UL....
I had stage 1 of my phallo process which was essentially full meta. I had UL in my natal penis but ended up with a stricture and a fistula (along w wound seperation issues) The surgery was june 2022. I’ve had an sp catheter ever since surgery and have had to pad my underwear with guaze.

The stricture is internal (right where my bladder meets the urethra) so my surgeon said it’s an easy fix with a near 100% success rate. My fistula is right at the joint of the neourethra and natal urethra so a very common place which my surgeon said also has a pretty good chance of being repaired. Though the simplest surgery would be routing my urethra through the back of my scrotum.

My original plan was stage 1 summer 6/22, stage 2 winter 12/22, and stage 3 summer 6/23. Due to my complications my stage 2 this winter 12/22 will be finishing my scrotoplasty (no implants) and fixing my UL issues. Holding off the rest of the phallo process.

Due to my current life/school/work status having two major surgeries two summers in a row is just not feasible anymore. So I made the difficult decision to postpone stage 3 (phallus creation) until a later date, likely summer 2024. That was a tough decision to make but it had to be made. The recovery process has worn me down so much.

If my next UL surgery fails this december, I’ll end up keeping the sp cath until april/may and having another surgery and still not undergoing phallus creation.

At this point i’m thinking about just giving up on UL and routing the urethra under my scrotum. That way my next surgery would just be phallus creation and a follow up glansplasty (not planning on ED). The benefit of this being less risk for complications and less risk for additional surgeries. Also giving up on UL would make me a candidate for ALT (tube in a tube with ALT would be too girthy for my anatomy).

My priorities for surgery were mainly aesthetics and dysphoria relief. Standing too pee was also a large priority but not as much as just having a penis.

If i give up on UL now i likely will be giving up on UL forever. Which is pretty devastating. But i just don’t know how many surgeries and recoveries i can deal with. I’m just feeling really beat down.

Has anyone gone through a similar situation? I would really love to hear from anyone who had an sp for an extended time, i’m a little over 3 months and can’t imagine having it for 9-10.
"...so my surgeon said it’s an easy fix with a near 100% success rate..."
"...my surgeon said also has a pretty good chance of being repaired."
Every surgeon says it will be an easy repair yet I'm always seeing the TiFs got through multiple surgical attempts. 😐

This 21 year old just fucked up their health and education over this dumb trend.

Anything involving the intestines has a massive opportunity for serious complication, and I'm pretty sure some of these SRS surgeries involve the intestines somehow.

Big abdominal incisions in the obese and/or elderly dehisce a lot.

Being malnourished and chronically infirm makes it harder to heal an incision as well, but there's a lot more support planned for an 80-year-old. Nutritional supplementation, preventative VAC (Prevena).

They cut up these 20-somethings, right in the crotch where you pee, poop and sit, and seem to just figure youthful vigor will take care of it.

It reminds me of partial foot amputations on methy and/or homeless diabetics. Everyone knows they aren't going to follow weight bearing instructions, but what the hell else can you do? Treat osteomyelits with a futile course of long-term antibiotics, they AMA to smoke or get more meth, and the cops are going to bring them back a few weeks later because they were found septic in a bush outside of K-Mart.

So a guy with untreated mental issues loses his toes, nods through the patient education, leaves with a special shoe and detailed instructions on how he needs to incorporate this surgical change in his body into his daily life. If you see that foot a little bit later, the congealed blood, inflamed tissue and incisions stretched to bursting do seem a lot like the foot equivalent of an amhole.

21 years old. You feel so invincible, you're right about everything, the old version of you doesn't exist. The way you feel today is exactly the same as you'll feel for the rest of your life.

Fast forward twenty years when life has got real and you're dealing with the everyday struggles and challenges that actual adults face and you'll wish to all of your gods that you didn't carve up your breasts and genitals when you were only a few years out of school. On top of all the other shit an adult has to deal with, I cannot imagine the sheer inconvenience, worry and commitment it would be to be constantly thinking about the devastation between my legs that I bought about by my own accord when I was 21.

The next few years of fallout over this are going to be fascinating. It's one of the most interesting subjects to follow for me.

From the @batteredpancakes post (can't quote)

landed in portland last night and got to my airbnb safely!!

This is like satire. Imagine having an Airbnb in Portland (already lol) and who is renting it? A troon having SRS. Of course.

when I was 3 years old I prayed every night that I would wake up with a penis; today that dream came true...I don’t know that i’ll ever get over how good this moment feels. I feel so at peace and content and whole.

That feeling? It's the painkillers....

it’s so important to remember that the end goal is what’s keeping me going.

...aaaand they're wearing off.

A common misconception with phalloplasty is that it is a botched surgery, ridden with complications and risks...Ultimately my point here is that if you want to avoid complications with any surgery, you should do your research, find people who have had experiences with the surgeon and hospital you want to work with,

omg this bitch, lol. Imagine getting your rotdog installed and publicly being this chuffed about your lack of complications, as if that will last and there will never ever be a day when her hairy urethra is full of urine crystals and the chronic UTIs and strictures begin, or she'll never wake up one day and realize it's become ice cold with lack of circulation. Tell us how it's going five years from now, idiot

As someone who's seen breast reduction results, this looks botched. As someone who's seen top surgery results, this looks great.
I gotta wonder why it's always so shitty looking.

You can get radical breast reduction in natal women and reduction in natal men with gynecomastia- and it's fine. Yet the same operation, when done to transgender patients, looks terrible.

Why. Do only med schools bottom 10% get hired at gender places bc regular surgical services are too hard?

This thread taught me the urethra is a beautiful delicate little structure. I wonder if these people know that their first in the morning pee before the surgery will be the last easy pee of their lives? Everything with a bladder needs to pee, people!!!!!! Don't ruin your delicate little tubes!!!!

I also wonder, what is the pain of dilating an amhole? Does it burn? Ache from pushing into cut muscles? Do those muscles cramp up? Does it feel like ripping off a wet scab every time?

There is a technique for neo vaginas using part of the colon to create the opening, rather than the skin from the penis. I believe that was the type Jazz Jennings had due to his penis being underdeveloped which happens to males given HRT as children and teenagers.

Of course that’s not discussed much since it hurts the “screwing with kids growth hormones at critical stages of development has no downsides” narrative.

This Reddit thread discusses this type of surgery.

The more I read about the disastrous results of the Frankenstein neo vaginas, the more I’m amazed at the complexity and function of the female reproductive system. What these pornsick men never bother to learn, but any thinking person should, is that a vagina is just one part of a complex organ system designed to create and sustain a whole new human being. Vaginal flora can’t just be deposited in a colon or an inside out penis. It exists in an environment created specifically to encourage the growth of good bacteria and destroy the bad. It’s a delicate system that can be disrupted by the simple act of taking an antibiotic. Yet these people convince themselves that eating some yogurt can transform their surgical wounds into a self correcting, fully functional vagina. Let’s not even get into the fact that a vaginal canal is connected to other organs that these men do not, and never will have. In summary, it’s so obvious that all these men care to know about “being a woman” is that they want a hole that can be fucked. It’s like creating a mouth without jaw muscles, a tongue or an esophagus because all you see or care about is shoving food in it. Sperg over.

Let's take a look at his questions:

1 - 3 : Dude doesn't understand that his crotch is now one giant wound. Every wound is different and heals differently so doesn't matter when other troons stop leaking mangled penis gunk.

4 : He is asking how to make genital mutilation feel better. But the truth is there is no way to make it less traumatizing and horrifying. Genital mutilation is a crime against humanity for a reason. Doing it in the name of trans ideology to cure so called gender dysphoria is still genital mutilation and it will always be wrong and awful.
