flat out, it cant *even be* "air".How the actual fuck is that much air getting up there in the first place? Is she literally fanning her fanny or is her partner so unendowed that it's getting stuck in and flapped about like a dead fish?
1000% it'll have been vaginal atrophy, and the dull weird ache will have felt similar to the way heartburn feels, which people sometimes erroneously refer to as 'trapped wind'.. yeah, "air getting stuck' doesn't happen, leave alone said 'trapped air' hurting.
be interesting to know the timeframes on how long people are on T before atrophy starts to happen.
Like most things to do with hormones levels I reckon it'll vary wildly Troon to Troon, but when you look at their noses, and how quickly the cartilage in there swells and hardens, combined with how quickly they report 'bottom growth'- that is to say, noticeable physical effects of testosterone on the female sex organs- I reckon pretty soon.
I was thinking it would be ages just cos I first heard of it via Buck Angels case, who had been on it for ages before nearly dying- so I thought it took a long time: but that was to reach a stage of full entire uterine atrophy, sepsis and near death. Buck has said there had been mysterious post-sex pain there for years, so i guess it starts happening right away.
This person, seeing as they have got far enough along to have phalloplasty, very likely has been on hormones long enough for enough damage to be done to explain that pain.
Its weird but they dont always mention 'hysterectomy' with vaginectomy, - they do sometimes, but not always, and with how shit these doctors are, and how dumb the Troons are...I bet there's loads of closed up uteruses just walled in, rotting inside Aidens, no way of doing cervical cancer screenings, nothing.
I suppose she wont be getting the 'trapped air' pain any more because her atrophied flesh isn't getting as closely irritated as it was by penetrative sex, but to think what could be lurking..
@weirdwound RE 'wondering how Marci Bowers stinkditch is holding up'
I may be wrong, but I seem to remember that one of the leading troon surgeons, someone who was involved with Jazz's catastrophe, doesn't actually have a stinkditch themselves?
I may be mixing up my impressions, given that Bowers became persona non grata for going against the grain coming out against
So it might just be that, but i do have the distinct impression from somewhere that one of the big (only?) MTF who is a surgeon doesn't actually partake.
You tend to see this with pretty much every Troon who is successful in whatever field- they never got the downstairs surgery, and hence have enough life force to dedicate to ...anything outside of Cope/Seethe/Dilate.
Just a telling little post from r/phallo, on the subject of 'how fragile are your abominations?'

you didnt notice a 'cylinder attached to a bone' sticking out of your horrorstocking?!
it doesn't even feel confirmed.
this is an interesting post on r/Transmedical, just as a bit of something to chew on regarding the pyschology of individual FTMs..
