I had colon vaginoplasty 1 month ago with Chettawut.

I had some intersex variations, it's a looooong story, but SC and PPV were my only options.

I know it needs a lot of time to heal, but I've seen a lot of pictures of how these heal, and I just can't imagine how this is going to look even remotely okay. What he's done literally just looks like a folded down penis with half a scrotum on each side. I've never seen anything like it in any of the pictures I've seen of Chet's work.

Tired of feeling like a freak. Just looking for idk, advice, reassurance, idek. Something.

My friend had RFF phallo around 1.5 years ago and he needs recommendations for realistic sleeve to make his penis bigger for sex. This is his text “I’ve done phallo but my penis is still small for me, so I still have a lot of dysphoria, especially during sex. Penis length is 10 cm, also 10cm girth (4 inches) . I do have exocondoom but unfortunately not 100% satisfied”

He botched his entire body. Looks like a BBL with 360 lipo was also done, with extra hip work added.

I rewatched it and, yeah, I can see why you think that.

I didn't really notice a few things at first; with some more attention you see she's got her mouth twisted in a slight, perpetual sneer - one corner of her mouth is clearly higher than the other. And it is probably because, like she's saying, she has skin missing inside one of her damned CHEEKS and... can't... physically fucking relax her mouth ever again.

Which is maybe why her speech is also punctuated with frequent pauses and sharp inhales through the nose. Though the pauses could just be the steady decline in her ability to cope with and process the horrors eventuating across her bodily form in real time.

She's also wincing and trying to hide it but, again, could be equal measures dealing with the physical pain vs. trying and failing to cope.

Random: Does necrosis like this cause long term scarring?​

Yucca: It can, yes. Fortunately my surgeon said mine should cause minimal scarring and if anything is weird it can be fixed in stage two. In my stage one I had to have an extra split thickness graft added underneath the shaft due to blood flow issues, so I'm going to have scarring regardless. There is a possibility they'll be able to just remove that panel of skin in stage two. I really hope they can, I definitely would prefer a little less girth!​

You guys ever notice just how BIG axewounds are, in proportion to an actual woman's vagina? They can't even pass with closed legs because of this. Their groin area is so much more prominent than women's. Also is this dude's entire lower half covered in iodine? Is that the reason for the orange-ish tint? Looks so bizarre, I would've washed that off before taking pictures for Reddit...
