In all honesty - if you were a gender surgeon, what reason wouldn't you have to just start lying, minimizing and equivocating left and right to your patients? The very fact that these patients are desperate to be irrevocably maimed means the surgeons know they can say whatever the fuck they want and the patient will just have to accept it as true, or else there goes the one-way ticket to gender euphoria?
Raises a ton of medical ethics concerns, very little of which I care about fortunately because these victims are some of least sympathetic or relatable people I've ever come across. And anyway, they want this.

A lot of the apparent size difference between the "vulva" of a MTF and that of an actual woman, is the fact that there is a lot of swelling involved, as surgeons basically gouged out a hole in a MTF's crotch and fucked around with the urinary system, and repurposed the tissues of the male genitalia. The swelling can take a year or more to actually go down, and there is also the fact that since there is no underlying structure of supportive connective tissue to anchor the "vulva" of an MTF troon properly, there is also a lot of "sagging" involved as testicular skin is rather loose and that is what is usually used for the labiaplasty. Finally, if there is infection present, as there often is, that can also cause the stench-trench of a troon to become engorged with blood and purulental material.
I keep expecting amholes to have cartoon stink-lines emanating from them.

Hey all, I wanted to share an interesting experience I had! TW for drug use.
As you may or may not know, when a cis man takes XTC/ecstasy/MDMA, it makes their dick shrivel up. It basically turns into a very small, firm gummy textured blub. If it's someone's first time, it frequently happens that they go to the bathroom to pee and come back all upset asking where their dick went lol. It goes back to normal after a day or so.
I always thought this would be an exclusively cis dick experience, given the fact that we don't have erectile tissue, but turns out I was wrong!
The effect is not as dramatic, but there is definitely a noticeable difference. I've done it a handful of times now since being post-op, and it happens every time. My dick will be slightly smaller, but most obvious is the change in texture. Normally my dick is very soft, but on drugs it's like medium firm. 1-2 days later, it's back to it's normal floppy self.
The first couple of times I thought maybe it was in my head, so I didn't really mention it. But this time my bf actually pointed it out to me, saying that my dick felt noticeably firmer and looked smaller, followed by ''oh, you've got drugs-dick too!'' So that confirmed my suspicions!
Overall it's not a super big deal to me. I personally don't really vibe with the whole ''affirming'' thing, I generally just don't really experience things that way. But it was nice, to experience something that I thought would only happen to people with cis dicks.
