He tried, he failed, and a federal judge ruled his accidental livestream to be uncopyrightable. He is currently waiting for the court to rule on his motion to reconsider, while at the same time reeeing at the appellate court in hopes to force the appellate court to force the federal judge to rule on the motion sooner

is how catastrophic the hot take that Elden Ring sucks has been for so many people (not just Acerthorn)

but I seriously doubt that Acerthorn's behavior for the past year leading up to this won't seriously hurt his case.

He's straddled the line and has been admonished for his bullshit gamesmanship, but it's incredibly difficult to make a vexatious litigant label stick. It's good in theory because they shouldn't take away peoples' rights lightly, but then you get retards like Acerthorn who file suit every time they get a bit MATI.

It will hurt it, but what will inevitably invalidate it is one of the same reasons he lost to us in the previous lolsuits. That being, his obviously retarded demands + his clear bad faith. In the lawsuit, he very clearly states Zell only paid 1$, and has his own finances and channel membership history in the attachments, yet demands 150k $.

If you add the obvious obsession, his "i'm coming for you zellzander" video, his retarded demands, and his previous history will sink him. Possibly without anything being done by Zell. Dude will downright end up labeled a stalker if the Judge finds out about his autistic obsession and threats.
