Oh and the keratosis thing is a benign condition where someone has tiny little bumps on their skin- not red or inflamed, just a hereditary tendency to have slightly rougher skin. These are not severe or life-altering "conditions" they are skin oopsies that happen to large swaths of the population.

Literally none of that applies to her. As long as she follows post op care and has no keloid history, theres no scar issue. Silicone patches/gel exist and theres always scar revision procedures.

I think because men who take estrogen have dicks that shrink, atrophy, and become non-viable, it's assumed that the same or similar will be true for women who take T. Women with PCOS (which is generally marked by higher levels of T than the female body needs) don't have shrunken titties or altered genitals, but men with endocrine disorders that cause higher E will end up with gynecomastia (man tiddies) and limp dicks.

Guess it just keeps bulking up?

The skin bursts if you don’t puncture it a few times with a fork before you pop the rotdog in the microwave. Don’t put it in too long or it will get wrinkly.
