They get surgery after surgery, take copious antibiotics, often have open wounds, and spend tons of time in hospitals. I am an older trans female who recently had a great experience at Mt Sinai Hospital NYC, with a wonderful, skilled surgeon Dr. Rajveer Purohit, and his assistant surgeon Dr. Celtic, his asst. Samatha, staff members, and the CTMS team. My procedure was vaginoplasty w/ minimal depth done Nov. 21, 2022, released Thanksgiving day Nov. 24, 2022. And my first initial follow-up was yesterday Jan. 4, 2023, after a month and a half the results are incredible. Thanks to everyone that has been involved with my process. Butcher was Dr. Kamol, who did some nice disasters in the past and some other butchered troons removed their horrible experiences with him and/or staff.

Well he's got a weird amhole, it looks super tiny at some angles but you can see he's got an extended asshole with flaps going over his thighs and glutes. I'm not sure if he does this intentionally to make it look stink-ditch look smaller or it is just the dick skin is sticking to his ass. The troon basically had his ass crack extended to the front end of his pelvis though. Many troons claim it is pretty but troons are delusional.

Unless you specified a certain luck that does not involve that aspect, it’s not unreasonable that a surgeon just gave it some character like a natal vagina would have. If you’re unhappy with it after a year or two (swelling ruled out) you can always contact your surgeon for a revision, because that would be a very easy one.

Theres a site that has been mentioned a few times before where you can get a custom hyper realistic prosthetic that you can wear flaccid or erect. I believe it was bound by some sort of adhesive? And it was like 300USD ~ 500. it looked fucking great honestly

I have also noticed that a large part of the "trans" demographic seems to be based in self-loathing, poor self esteem, and is basically the next step in the practice of cutting, piercings, or tattoos. A lot of trans people hate themselves at their very core and want to larp as somebody else. They show their resulting scars and medical complications from transitioning as a twisted badge of honor that they are in denial of what they really are.

I've seen this question a few times on r/ftm and usually the answers are:
- "It's not the reaaal thing waaah" (rotdogs aren't the real thing either)
- "Good quality packers are very expensive!" (And surgeries aren't???)
- "Having to stop and put on the prosthetic/strapon ruins the mood during sexy times" (Congrats, now you'll have no sexy times ever again)

The first "reason" seems to be the most popular one for whatever reason.
