I'm in the minority, here, but I think the reddit post and his lack of insight into his behavior is creepy, but not the actual shirt-sniffing. Somewhere we lost the plot. It was a nice brief moment when western society acknowledged that maybe you shouldn't smack your secretary's ass at work but we leapt far beyond understanding our base instincts while coming to societal agreements of appropriate behavior.
