I'm in the camp that's a little suspicious of who runs this kind of thing. And now they're some MtF too.
I don't know if they need to do anything to 230 to get the site taken down, this one might naturally implode from the inside.

I don't see the problem here. If someone is getting older and doesn't have any family obligations, then what's wrong with someone choosing to finish up once life no longer interests them?
On a personal basis: there's not really any answer to that, idk, what's the point of living to begin with? You die in the womb, you die as an old man, what's the difference in the grand scheme of things? Life can't be quantified like that, it's sort of dumb and senseless from the get-go.
On a societal basis: it's kind of the issue I see with Canada and their MAiD system, is that it codifies the idea that if your life is shit, the polite thing to do is to stop making waves and go off yourself. Once you cross that line where suicide becomes an acceptable facet of life, that has serious implications.
Of course the thing is it's not that great a departure from the attitude of modern mental health treatment, where "You're constantly unhappy, anxious, can't pay attention to anything you're doing, feel foggy distant and detached from everyone around you, and are generally exhausted at your wits end with how things are? But the system is perfect and everything is so great and if you don't also think it's amazing you must be SICK! So stop being difficult and go see a therapist/psychiatrist, so they can make you realize how the system is perfect and everything is great too!"
Except then when the doctors fail to do anything, then the bugmen can tread out some made up disorder that explains why you're miserable and can't be cured, and regurgitate some doctor speak telling you to kill yourself. And if you don't you must be ignorant or insane. Everyone knows if you have _____ the only option is [clinical sounding suicide euphemism]. That's what the doctors say!
The whole thing leads down a very dark path that is unwise to open up.
If people are regularly getting older without any family obligations to the point that there's a big demographic of people who's best and most sensible option is suicide, that's a problem for everyone.
