Just think about all the details we don't know because Drex is minimally intelligent enough to leave them out. The way he talks about her boyfriend at the time, when they were at the state fair, stuck out to me as pure jealousy and I would bet any money that he took a special interest in expediting the end of that relationship. These little curiosities in the things he's said have the potential to lead down ever deeper rabbit holes. That plus what we already know from his own admission is why I have no discomfort in calling him a disgusting, degenerate groomer.

It's unclear to me the extent we should analyze what Drex has said about this saga since (at least at this time) we don't know what, if any, elements of the story he has told are true. As you point out, if any of the story is true, we don't know what he's left out.

I don't think he will. It mostly sucked, and I think he knows that, but he probably still considers a big deal he finally got to interview Kyle.

Some of the comments on other right-leaning (or at least not left-leaning) sites are rather interesting and seem indicative of the fact this wasn't as exciting as it would have been a year ago. I'm also seeing people saying Kyle should probable fade out of the limelight now, that Kyle needs to watch being taken advantage of, and that Kyle just isn't a good interview in general. Those are pretty fair assessments, I would say. Nobody seems super-critical of Rekieta, but I don't think this interview was a smashing success for Nick either

I'd be shocked if he takes it down. On the other hand he clearly knows it sucked since he effectively turned on Kyle afterwards on Locals and blamed him for the interview being a bust.

I'd say it's 2/3 the fault of the interviewer and 1/3 the fault of the interviewee being boring and wooden.

That's more like it, you gotta remember Nicks a guy in his 40's with 5 kids to look after, what would be a great income for a 20 something streamer with no responsibilities, wife, kids, insurance since he's self employed, or mortgage doesn't look as good when you add (or subtract rather) the above financial obligations.
Hell the thought of having to possibly put 5 kids through College could drive anyone to drink.
He's only recently been doing that well, makes me wonder how the fuck he paid or was planning to pay for all that before his streaming took off.
Certainly would be a struggle for "a small law firm in Minnesota," I know his family had money, I guess that trust fund must have been more than I figured.

A fair assessment. I would still like to post what I've found so far for posterity (likely sometime Monday) and so that others can have the benefit of looking up the details in one place.

Two things I am curious about:

1) How did people come to the conclusion that T was 18 when Drexel (allegedly) became sexually involved? Drexel does bring T up frequently so maybe I missed it, but I am unsure if there was actually a clip or if this is people doing number juggling based on separate accounts from Drexel.

2) Does anyone know if Drexel's relationship with T is still active given his "relationship" with Kat?

Side note: It would be most interesting to get the friend/mother's account of this. Not that she would be any more trustworthy, but information from a source on the opposite side of things could highlight areas of consistency/inconsistency.
