A quick authenticity check at http://talenttestingservice.com using the verification numbers on the screen grab Donny took and posted on Twitter does state that as of Fall 2009, he was negative for HIV. That was seven years ago though, so who knows what his status is now.

Seems to me that Donny probably posted a screenshot of the negative results first after someone caused him to chimp out, then Mike South shopped it and reposted. I really don’t see these guys being much smarter than that.
