That's probably why the arm looks OK.
The tattoos are pre-skin tag installation, you can see where the glansplasty fucked up one of the lines. Back to the topic at hand though - it seems like the “quality” of the work being posted is significantly declining. Like it’s always been bad but they are definitely phoning it in now.

Is it a lack of surgeons or just a “let’s see how little effort we can put in and still get paid” situation, I wonder?

Damnate Memoriae basically meant a “Destruction of memory” of sorts. All statues would have to be destroyed, all inscriptions. Even mentioning his name would be strictly forbidden.

That the Romans, who were certainly no strangers to degeneracy and hedonism, went to such great steps to rid their history of a troon, certainly says something.

May I remind my fellow Kiwis that both of these stories are from sources as reliable as MSNBC journos.

So in most cases, wether juvenile or otherwise, theres a high level of complication rate even on normies. Most urogenital surgery seems to be this way. Just because it's an area with very sensitive tissue that we have to use daily for normal bodily function. Granted normal urology is nowhere near the level of tranny nonce in terms of skill and technique so if even the best of the best people are seeing complications in procedures that are tried and tested....
