Tim Pool - 'journalist' who claims to be a sensible centrist & sucks Sargon of Akkad's wiener; Afraid of the Milkshake ANTIFAs

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
I've basically stopped watching since he switched to the live+clips. It feels wrong and theres no flow, it just feels awkward. I also can never seem to catch him live in the morning.
Is he actually doing live streams in the mornings? I don't think he ever followed through with that idea, he just started doing extra clips and doing it all from his studio.

He did it for a few days but it might have had to do with the whole speaker thing. Or maybe he made back the money he lost for going on break during Christmas

I’ve been working on some autistic as fuck side projects, most notably a big post about the history of Tim beginning to outright lie and fabricate (from my recollection), going into his weird stance on acting like Gaetz is Jesus in the temple.

I’ll give you all a spoiler into why I dislike Gaetz so much:

Tim doubled down on Gaetz being as pure as the driven snow in his recent show with Poso. Funny because a big demand (allegedly) from Gaetz to vote McCarthy as Speaker was that Gaetz wanted a guaranteed seat on the Arms Services Committee. Why is this a big deal? Because Gaetz is married to Palmer Luckey’s daughter. Palmer Luckey is a big donor to the GOP and has moved on from Occulus to running a drone company that receives billions in government security contracts.

I’m sure Gaetz has nothing but pure intentions. It’s not like he has a history of getting weird bribes and cavorting around with billionaires seeking to gain favor from politicians. Right?

I started watching Tim with Ferguson. He was a lot better back then. Go watch some of his old shit. I used him to springboard my own looking into matters; Tim added a lot of good sources, including original sources.

That is totally gone. It’s now Tim’s world and you’re seeing into it. Some buy into this as being realistic, a lot of his fan base (seemingly) sees it as retarded and watch for hopefully good banter with guests.

Everything good about Tim has gone to shit, while some things (his embracing of 2a and being able to take a stand sometimes) have emerged that are good.

There is an idea of the Looking Glass Self, which Sartre called The Other in the play, No Exit, and expounding upon in his book, Being and Nothingness. I forget where it originates, but it wasn’t Sartre that came up with it. He just popularized it.

Anyways, the idea is that we lack the ability to truly see ourselves as others do, so instead we see ourselves as reflected back to use from the interpretations of others.

I feel like Tim lacks this. And it’s showing up more and more.

If Palmer Lucky is involved, then it's assured to be crooked. Not that Palmer is a bad guy necessarily, but he's very much a pragmatist and views things in the light that if he doesn't do it, someone else will, so he might as well. Though even without any of that, anyone who trusts politicians is a fool, they're all snakes, it's in their very nature.

On the plus side, Palmer Lucky is a forum enjoyer, and hates the media, so he may very well be among us.

Work has been retarded and life has been even more retarded. I was hoping to flesh things out and post a few days ago, but finding actual time stamps is being a chore as fuck. I might just post and and the update, notating updates and what has been updated. It would mainly be adding actual links so you don’t have to take my word for it.

I also need to get back to the playlist, looking for Ian claiming Klaus Schwaub stole his book cover. It was a recurring skit for a few episodes.

When I joined I was already getting pretty deep into my disdain for Pool. I was still watching IRL nightly but that going to change quickly. I think back then though I still mostly liked Tim, I was just growing tired of some of his behaviors. At this point though I'm starting to genuinely feel he is an awful person.

I find Pool incredibly knowledgeable at times, he'll like remember the details of stories from years ago. Or start rattling off who is in which senate committee. But once he gets going with one of his spiels you can't fucking turn him off. "Let me give you an example, okay and let me give you another example" I see him getting too full of himself at times. We know what you think Tim, let the guest fucking speak. Just cause you were able to fleece people out of $500,000 a month doesn't make you the smartest man on earth.

Ian may say something insightful once per year. But it's like his entire role on the show is to completely halt the conversation happening as he goes off on some tangent you'd think someone on speed would think of. And everything stops while Tim has to waste 5 minutes of the show explaining to Ian he's being a fucking lunatic again.

I should rephrase that a little; I don't think Tim is by any means stupid, his problem is he thinks he is an expert on every single topic. He brings up that phenomenon all the time about reading a newspaper, knowing a story is wrong, then turning the page and believing everything at face value. He'll be pretty knowledgeable on one topic, then be straight up retarded on another and lash out at anyone who tells him otherwise.

I'm 90% convinced that Ian is mostly a character who is only on the show so Tim can bounce off of him and look smarter in the process.

Turns out Null tried to reach out to Tim Pool, but Timmy just ignored him. Fucking coward.
He can't take the heat that will come with platforming Josh. It's too big of a threat to his income. Josh's enemies are capable of hurting Tim's grift.
Yeah, Alex Jones is a money maker for Tim so he'll bring him on to bring in Superchats. Josh isn't really well known outside the autist circles or trannies who hate him. Josh being on a big platform talking about internet censorship (actual not Twitter) would be eye opening. Like imagine Jersh on Rogan talking about how a few trannies want to censor everything to show normies how deranged people like Liz and Keffals are and then brining up Fat Patrick just because he hates us all and to make everyone laugh.

That's something else that annoys me about Tim, as he has this platform and can bring on people with incredibly important stories like Josh, but chooses not to cover them to protect his shekels. He doesn't even have to bring them on for the main segment, but at least get them onto the website only section where he can have on more controversial people and actually provide some kind of value to the people willing to pay him. He's so proud of his time at Vice, but he's not even willing to interview risky people on his own platform, because I remember when Vice interviewed General Butt Naked and others.

It just amazes me that there's this huge thing happening with the Internet behind the scenes that literally involves the highest levels of service providers in both Tier 1 Networks and things like APNIC, as well as the government of Iceland fucking with domain names, and all of these independent news fucks who claim to cover real news are too busy talking about how Crowder and the Daily Wire are having a bitch fit over a contract.

Or better yet, let's cover biting news like this on the front page of our super serious news site:

Edit: I will give credit to Mental Outlaw, who encourages alt tech use and covered the Cloudflare stuff, even if he didn't look into a lot of things like how Josh owns his own IP address, server equipment, and more, and he just assumed it was all being hosted on someone else's infrastructure that booted him.

Mental Outlaw is based. A really intelligent guy who doesn't pretend he always has the answers. A rare sight online.

He also openly promotes platforms like Odysee and privacy software which is nice, instead of bitching about mainstream tech with no proposed solution.

I'm not going to pretend Odysee or Rumble are some kind of savior platform, but more competition is always good, though so many people won't do anything with those platforms.

Platforms like those really need more neutral/stupid content. lets plays, AMVs, random media reviews, YTPs, etc. Every alt platform becomes over run with political content (since the biggest demographic is the type who is banned or unwelcome on mainstream ones).

A lot of them have it, it's just not very visible as most of the big names on there are political people who got fucked with on Youtube and moved their audience over. They should probably do some work to build a front page that pushes some of the more neutral/stupid content, without abandoning the political guys.

Sad as it is, it's more or less inevitable that they end up with mainly political content. Why would a guy making Youtube-authorized content move to Rumble where they have a smaller audience, smaller creator funds, less potential for discovery and so on?

HOWEVER, there may be some potential for silly non political content like comedians who got cancelled for "transphobic" remarks and such. Trouble is, i feel like those guys proceed to immediately cross over into political content, pandering to the right wingers applauding them for owning the libs or whatever

The answer should be that they paint it as Youtube has so much competition in every niche that you're more likely to be discovered on the new platform and grow an audience, that way they can build up a few creators who aren't just political and give people hope that they can also reach that point. If on the other hand people just check the site and it's nothing but political content on the front page, they'll probably assume they can't be successful unless they make that kind of content.

Also, encouraging content that's more universal but taboo on other platforms. A good example is gun content being restricted heavily on Youtube, so having gun channels just doing fun shit on Rumble or whatever could be good. Same with someone like Leafy, he's not political, can't have a Youtube channel, has/had a huge audience, and has tried to come back to making content in the past. Metokur and Rekeita to some extent already moved to other platforms in part, and they're not really political.

Tim Pool trying to hold Hasan Piker to a higher standard of integrity is like asking a vegetable to read and write.
Tim thinking about opening up coffee shops or strip clubs or whatever he is planning, has to be him running out of ways to make money. Like isn't that what his Mom did and bankrupted the family? Independent coffee shops usually, at least in my experience don't have a tv playing. A tv with a an episode of Timcast playing would ruin the ambience of having a quiet place to have a cup of coffee during the day. I know, I would be irritated if I went to have a coffee and a manchild in a beanie and his burnout gimp were ranting in the background about Marvel movies and graphene. How do you think the average normie is going to react?
Coffee shops have a history of being meeting places where people can talk across classes and other social barriers, especially politics, so it's entirely possible that it would turn into a giant red pill conversion center if people went there.

C'mon. You really think BeanieCoffee would work?
