Charges are CR.11.202.(a)(3), CR.11.202.(a)(4), which is essentially not only did he possess obscene material with the intention to distribute it but did distributed it, and four counts of CR.10.604.(a)(5) which is disappointing as these are charges for animal neglect. The indictment was not publicly accessible for around a day. In that time, it is my understanding some sort of fuss occurred locally. It could be coincidental (as there's no supportive evidence or neighbors I could find speaking about this update after the fact), but the following day it was back up on case search with changes.

All counts of neglect (CR.10.604.(a)(5)) have been changed to Aggravated Cruelty Animal which means he is facing four felony charges. No more misdemeanors for the abuse besides the recording (and spread) of it, which means finally he is getting charges befitting the crimes.
Status code is CR.10.606.(b)(1)(2) for anyone curious. Interestingly, this section covers torture and mutiliation instead of sexually explicit crimes. However, he is a known necrozoosadist so there may be additional evidence inspiring this change in charges?

The potential if guilty is he would be subject to imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or a fine not exceeding $5,000 or both, for each count. This is amazing- And, better yet, there's improved options for keeping his filthy hands away from animals when he is free again beyond just his probation period, but for any length of time the court sees fit. Plus he'll still have to pay out of pocket to see a psychologist, just as a bonus.
If there is no pleading down that is four felonies on his record, and the potential for 12 years without counting the previously established charges nor those from his stalking case.

Sean goes to court tomorrow for stalking. His initial hearing for the above charges is currently scheduled at 03/13/2023, 10:30:00, at C18 St. Mary's County Circuit Calendar in Court Room 1. I expect this to be drawn out so I wouldn't expect substantial news for sometime going forward, but maybe I'll continue to be pleasantly surprised.
Sean has done and utterly fucked up despite his cockiness, and this should be presented as a message to all his disgusting degenerate friends that even if it takes time, you too can (and should) be locked away!

For options involving records/materials not accessible online to the public but not necessarily sealed, it can cost anywhere from $10-$75. Entirely depends on the requested content. I don't think anything you could request on Sean right now would exceed $30, but is probably significantly less. You'd need to know the county and court for whichever case you're interested in, but that's documented in this thread. On the long photos of indictments and cases shared here you can also find case/tracking/complaint numbers if required.
