Its not often talked about because its not as sensational as Jim's sub count but his Patreon has been bleeding subs for almost as long as his YT channel and gives a far better indicator of how people don't care for his trite content anymore, since August 2021 he's lost a few hundred dollars every month without fail and while he's still making way more money than he ever should to put it into perspective he went from $14847 in Aug21 to $11169 Jan23.

I would disown a family member if I found out they were giving Patreon welfare to this abomination. Let nature run its course, Patreon allows it to continue down this silly path indefinitely. I stopped watching when everything began to circle back to capitalism. It's not gonna be indefinite at the rate Jim's is declining; he has 3 or 4 good years left before he's in the Spoony territory. Obviously, to a normal person, that's 3 or 4 years of saving hundreds of thousands of bucks which could leave you set for life if you're smart with your money, but Jim is not smart with his money (judging by the squalid conditions he chooses to live in) so personally I think we're in for something really great in the distant future.
