court is going to go very, very poorly for the ragepig tomorrow.
he intends to
represent himself for alleged violations of the restraining order that mr. vickers has against him. regardless of how anyone may feel about vickers, or the validity of his claims, there is no denying that the ragepig is in no state to conduct himself properly in court. granted, the hearing will be via zoom, but that will only make it easier for the ragepig to do what he does best ... rage.
he's simply incapable of being a sober and civil person, and even less capable of interacting with other sober and civil people. even before he lost his access to twitter, he's been isolating and escalating. a commercial airline had to halt an international flight and return to the gate to remove him from the plane! his attorney had to repeatedly interrupt his outbursts during his last hearing, and that case was regarding his son.
this time, there won't be an attorney to wrangle him, but there will be all sorts of allegations from a man that he despises. allegations that the ragepig will need to calmly and rationally dispute. there's no way that will happen. he'll be late, and he'll be drunk, and he's accustomed himself to being in control of what happens on his computer screen. he cannot tolerate dissent, and he's isolated himself for 12 hours a day in an environment that allows him to ban, delete, or yell over anything that he doesn't like.
this hearing will end with the ragepig being held in contempt of court. i'll be shocked if he doesn't resort to telling the judge to "suck muh dick, bish" as he rage quits the zoom stream. will the federales be knocking at his door to extradite him to the u.s.? no, but
according to his attorney, he intends to return to california for another hearing next month. it's possible that he may change his mind and try to attend that hearing via zoom, especially if he's too broke to pay granger's additional retainer or to travel, but i doubt it.
he was recently granted the right to take up to three photos of his son, while faith is only allowed to dress xander in solid-colored clothing, during the visitation. he considers this a huge win, and there's no way he'll miss the opportunity to spite faith by insisting on a visitation (only the second in almost two years), right before a hearing regarding the multiple violations of the dvro that she has against him. unless, of course, the ragepig fears arrest, in which case, he'll miss his opportunity to "own" the vickers with a visitation, he'll continue to rage during the next hearing via zoom, and the contempt charges will keep on coming ...
in my opinion, the only way this ends is with the ragepig in jail, and eventually prison, or dead. i know that i was wrong last year when i predicted that he would violate his suspended sentence and end up serving his time. at the time, i thought that would be hilarious. now, though, i honestly believe that prison might be the only thing that saves his life, and more importantly, the only thing that saves his daughter's life.
