Defendant: Ethan Oliver Ralph - Ethan Ralph's Documented Legal Troubles & Other Court Docs

Have you seen a screenshot of that? I know “how to gain residency” was in his search history but I didn’t see where he’d actually applied. I can’t see how he’d do it, the MX Govt would want financial details proving income from him that I imagine it would be hard to provide. He’s having a damn hard time providing that info to the CA court system right now as well.

Its in this thread.

oh this WILL be fun!
Ralph is too much of a pussy to handle all the excitement [ ... ] of representing yourself in a court of law
I think at this stage he's just going to disengage from the process entirely and fail to appear.

Bench warrant arc incoming!
He is probably just going to start missing the court dates and hope it all just goes away while he hides in Mexico.

court is going to go very, very poorly for the ragepig tomorrow.

he intends to represent himself for alleged violations of the restraining order that mr. vickers has against him. regardless of how anyone may feel about vickers, or the validity of his claims, there is no denying that the ragepig is in no state to conduct himself properly in court. granted, the hearing will be via zoom, but that will only make it easier for the ragepig to do what he does best ... rage.

he's simply incapable of being a sober and civil person, and even less capable of interacting with other sober and civil people. even before he lost his access to twitter, he's been isolating and escalating. a commercial airline had to halt an international flight and return to the gate to remove him from the plane! his attorney had to repeatedly interrupt his outbursts during his last hearing, and that case was regarding his son.

this time, there won't be an attorney to wrangle him, but there will be all sorts of allegations from a man that he despises. allegations that the ragepig will need to calmly and rationally dispute. there's no way that will happen. he'll be late, and he'll be drunk, and he's accustomed himself to being in control of what happens on his computer screen. he cannot tolerate dissent, and he's isolated himself for 12 hours a day in an environment that allows him to ban, delete, or yell over anything that he doesn't like.

this hearing will end with the ragepig being held in contempt of court. i'll be shocked if he doesn't resort to telling the judge to "suck muh dick, bish" as he rage quits the zoom stream. will the federales be knocking at his door to extradite him to the u.s.? no, but according to his attorney, he intends to return to california for another hearing next month. it's possible that he may change his mind and try to attend that hearing via zoom, especially if he's too broke to pay granger's additional retainer or to travel, but i doubt it.

he was recently granted the right to take up to three photos of his son, while faith is only allowed to dress xander in solid-colored clothing, during the visitation. he considers this a huge win, and there's no way he'll miss the opportunity to spite faith by insisting on a visitation (only the second in almost two years), right before a hearing regarding the multiple violations of the dvro that she has against him. unless, of course, the ragepig fears arrest, in which case, he'll miss his opportunity to "own" the vickers with a visitation, he'll continue to rage during the next hearing via zoom, and the contempt charges will keep on coming ...

in my opinion, the only way this ends is with the ragepig in jail, and eventually prison, or dead. i know that i was wrong last year when i predicted that he would violate his suspended sentence and end up serving his time. at the time, i thought that would be hilarious. now, though, i honestly believe that prison might be the only thing that saves his life, and more importantly, the only thing that saves his daughter's life.

Ralph has to pass a drug test before he’s allowed a visit with Xander, no way that will happen.

He doesn’t have any $40k. If he did, he’d have paid the $15k and retained his usual attorney for the Vickers contempt case

He’s tapped out, flat-broke. His regular LOLyer sent him an email asking for $700 he owes her plus another $4k just to keep working on the Faith vs Gunt case. So that means he’s got to come up with $19.7 to LOLyer Grainger ASAP.
He wouldn't even pay for the $100 medical bill from Vegas. Either he's such white trash that he's going to cheat the system no matter what, or he flat out has no money in the bank. Well I guess the latter would necessitate the former too.

IIRC contempt of court only amounts to fines, at least initially. I'd wager Ralph would have to be a really persistent asshole to see any sort of jail time for that. Though that IS something he's very good at doing, so who knows? I'm pretty positive he won't get thrown in jail right away for being in contempt, at least.

Basically:
>I don't use social media like you cretins
>I'm a real lawyer
>I'd rather neck than look at social media posts
For a guy named Larry, he's quite based.
You can always join the Fan Forums Larry.

Maybe you can come up with that $4000 if you didn't piss $6000 away on a sportsbook app?

Is your shift key broken?

It's not a viable option no matter how you look at it. Right now he is probably on a visitor's Visa which lasts 180 days and can't be extended. He has to return to the States every 180 days to gain a new Visa. So I doubt they would go through the hassle of an extradition process and just wait for him to do a Visa run.

Also, are there any laws in place for knowingly supporting (monetarily or otherwise) a criminal/fugitive?
He clearly told the police that he had to renew, so no, he is not a resident, he's on a visa, even if he calls himself a resident, because he's retarded and knows its an L to say it on stream, even if that means lying to the police.

He even got his green card pulled by la policia during the swatting/wellness check last night on stream. It's like pottery.
So, this was a funny bit, cause.

Ralph: "I'm a resident"
Police: "Oh, you have your green card, mexican green card"
Ralph: "Yeah" *hands it over*
Police: "... this expires"
Ralph: "yeah, well, you know, you have to renew *muttering*"
Police: *fucking gringo retard*

So, yeah, Ralph is not a resident, he just says he is cause he thinks is a flex.

Yea I saw they offer 1-3 year residential visas/statuses but let's be honest here, do you really think he went to all that trouble to apply for that?
To get either temp or permanent residency, there are income requirements. They’re not going to take a screenshot of his superchats as sufficient proof either, they’re going to want bank statements and tax returns verifying income. Gun’t doesn’t have these/can’t provide these, so neither he or Meigh will be able to gain residency.

Now, IF Meigh gives birth to another Ralphachild down there, who knows? The kid would definitely have a case for dual-citizenship. Maybe mommy and daddy can glom onto that somehow?

He kinda already is there.

Remember the Ralphabomber incident.

"Sir, you are the owner of that truck and we want to talk to you"

"Am ah being detained?"

"Yes"

*wasted*

The only reason he plays along is because he knows he's toeing the line as it is.

He is probably just going to start missing the court dates and hope it all just goes away while he hides in Mexico.
That would be a bold strategy and a better one that representing himself in court.

Mexico, along with many other countries, has temporary resident visas, which must be renewed. It even has permanent resident visas. There's no contradiction between being on a visa and being a resident.

It doesn't work like that in Mexico. The USA is the only country in the world that gives citizenship to people born on their land.
