if i recall the sorrenti part is her mothers maiden name and as for clara im not sure but going by troon logic clara and lucas look similar and thus it becomes easier to remember like how brians will become briannas and so on.

i could be wrong but i do sort of recall him saying he chose clara because he found the name attractive but im not sure. personally it reminds me of clarabelle cow which is an old disney character and kinda fitting given how much milk keffals provides as an lolcow.
