Josh is marketing the Kiwiflare DDOS to other places? Where did he say that.
He might have said it back then but that was before there was any working product. He's said more recently, since KiwiFlare was shown to mostly work aside from some minor issues, that if there was interest in it he would rebrand it away from the Kiwi moniker and monetize it in some way. I don't think there's any active marketing going on, not at this point at least. I also don't know if that was specifically selling it as a product or going the way of some linux distros where it's free/open source and he will just sell support for it.I'm not sure that he has said it or if he will but he'd be a fool not to. I won't speak for him but seem to remember him suggesting it early on when Cloudflare dropped KF
As for where, he mentioned it on Mad at the Internet in the last few weeks so you could go back and check out the archives of that. Unfortunately I can't give you a timestamp or even a specific date. If you can find the initial kiwiflare announcement it would presumably be the first Friday after that date, and likely some additional information in the subsequent one as well. I don't believe there's any hard and fast plans with it because it's still in development but I do think monetization is and should be under serious consideration because there's definitely a desire to move away from Cloudflare for a lot of people
I'm certainly hopeful. I throw a couple bucks at the site monthly but Jersh definitely deserves the big bucks for all the bullshit he's gone through
