I literally asked to bring BBJ to the vet and was told no (receipts coming) and also ignored (see below). So, master manipulator FFG wanted to use the nail situation for content. Proof I was literally going to take BBJ and pay for the vet. I have CLEARLY told FFG many times I do not want her involved in any way in my life so it was highly wrong for her to do this. She is using BBJ as a pawn and exploiting the situation when I would have taken care of it so no she is not a savior but is emotionally manipulating her audience. That is some tasty paranoia on Gunt's part. She's become noticeably crazier in the past year (but really, over the course of the villa arc in general).

She might actually try to kill Salad when he dumps her, lol. Once that charade falls apart and she has nothing (less than nothing if you count the bankruptcy) and no one (no one she thinks is worthy of her, at least -- Peetz doesn't count) she'll have to really struggle to find a way to convince herself that absolutely none of it was in any way her fault.

Serious cat question, is it unique to Maine Coons to have the claws grow 360 back into the pads? I've never known this to happen to any cat I've owned nor friends/family, they always sharpen on a cat tree/cardboard plank and/or shed them on the carpet. I've never seen it even be a possibility on other breeds. Even if you ignored the cat I'd think it would groom on a couch/doorframe somewhere as a "fuck you".

I'm not completely sure if it's exclusively a Maine Coon thing or just older cats. My old man is a Maine mix and almost always sheds his claws naturally just doing cat things, but on very rare occasions where I'm particularly busy for extended periods of time, one might pop up (which I clip and treat immediately upon notice, obviously).

Cats claws are meant to form in sorts of layers and "shed" naturally through regular activities, this keeps them sharp, but also keeps them from growing too long. I do know that as cats get older, the process of forming new claws may fuck up and "calcify", sorta fusing two layers together. If this happens and a cat is advanced in age enough that they're not terribly active, they may not do enough to break that fucked up claw off themselves. I have however had many cats in my life, many being 15+ before they passed, and the claw issue has only ever been seen on my Maine mix. I do know it  can occur in other breeds, but it definitely seems Maine's are more predisposed to it from all I know.

Why is she so stupid? If the cat's nails grow quickly and need to be trimmed constantly then this needs to be a regular thing you do. It becomes a part of the cats everyday life. A monthly nail trimming. She thinks her offering to take the BBJ to the vet once every 2 years absolves her of any responsibility. Just because she was planning to take her on the last day before she gave her away means nothing. If she really gave a crap she would have taken BBJ to the vet before she fucked off to Kuwait.

I don't want to get too spergy or powerlevel here, but I hope to God that what you are saying is in fact her next chapter. Goddamn it she deserves this.

Honestly, in my heart I really wouldn't have given a shit if BBJ went to FFG or a Beezer--as long as she got away from Pigbeast, that's considered a win in my book. I honestly wouldn't have given a second thought other than, "Well, that arc is over, and thank God it didn't get as disgusting as Chantal threatened to make it."

It's Chantal's blowup that happened afterwards that really solidified my feelings into hatred for her. My own feelings when I was watching it surprised me, but when I realized exactly what this was, I wanted to vomit.

I know I've thrown out BPD in the past describing her, but to see a fresh, raw example of it was stunning. And that's what we saw last night.

Chantal did what borderline mothers do when their abuse has been exposed once their children have been taken away. They don't feel happy that their children are in a safer place. They don't acknowledge the things they did that brought them to this place in life. They don't own anything.

It's "reeeeeeeeeeeeee" "the system is against me", "I have so many enemies", "I'm sick", "I guess I won't get any justice until I die and meet God (roughly paraphrasing what Chantal blubbered during her post 'calling the cops' shrieking that lead to nothing)," and so on and so on.

She was ready to kill this cat purely out of spite. How many horrible articles have you read about parents in the middle of a custody dispute, and one parent decides to kill the child (and sometimes themselves as well) rather than allow the other parent to be with the children? Happens every fucking day. THANK GOD she's infertile and can't afford IVF.

She deserves to be abandoned.
