The fact that you're clarifying with adjectives should probably give a hint that you're straying from the definition.

Elsewhere Tony mentions the "genocidal laws" (remember, Tony is not irresponsibly fearmongering nor hoping to induce his mentally ill followers to suicide, he is empowering trans strength because they will win) which in consideration of this tweet we should probably be somewhat explicit about to help expose the "cultural, political", etc. that underlies the "unifying factors" of this genocide:
1. Forcing drag shows into adult businesses.
2. Restricting pseudoscientific medical experiments on children.
3. Restricting public funds towards pseudoscience for adults.
4. Allowing teachers to use pronouns that conflict with a child's declared gender identity.
5. I dunno, anything else? Probably some dumb shit that's already died in a legislature?

When you look at it like this you can definitely see the attempts to wipe a group from culture and politics completely. These laws stop at nothing but the complete eradication of trans people. But worry not, The People™ (who massively support trans people and even more massively oppose genocide) will react against this and punish the Republicans in 2024 which will lead to trans liberation everywhere.
