If you've actually RAT'd yourself and your tech IQ isn't very high your best bet would be to move any important/irretrievable documents to an external harddrive and do a full system wipe. It's probably overkill, but you don't really seem to know what you're doing and trying to explain to you what to do would just be way too much to troubleshoot without having physical access to the system. Besides that, on a separate uninfected computer you need to change all your passwords for any accounts which might have been compromised and not use the possibly infected computer again for anything important or personally identifying without first doing a proper wipe and reinstall. It's also in your best interest to disconnect that computer from the Internet immediately, not to be reconnected until everything is done.

Straight after the hack happened, I rewatched the stream Claire did which was filmed during the attack, I now can’t find it anymore, I’m guessing she deleted her channel.
