I, also am very disappoint. She better do something absofuckinglutely hilarious to make this up to us.

ETA she's shared more and already the inaccuracies are showing. She appears to have a diagnosis of DDNOS not DID.

This letter implies to me that she received a referral for a diagnostic assessment.

A very different thing to being approved for years of talking therapy which would have needed much more consideration through the CCG (clinical commissioning group).

I know i just agreed this doesnt really need examining but .... Autie shares her DID screener scores but not her actual Dx or the rest of the letter.
View attachment 4875978

Doubling the screener threshold by answering "yes" to all the obvious DID questions in the short screener is a known sign of malingering.
View attachment 4875982

You'll notice the rest of that abstract is pretty much on the nose too.

ETA a couple more nuggets of interesting information. DID is indistinguishable from Borderline and people with DID are found to be highly suggestible.

Sure let me go and see where I found those nuggets ill come back and edit them back into this post.

Those two screenshots I edited in were both from this.

RE The date of the autism dx I distinctly remember her admission paperwork in 2019 saying she had a "probable autism spectrum condition" rather than a formal diagnosis. She just straight up lies. I expect if you dig back into the thread you might even be able to find it.

It's supplemental but doc's twitter is @DrRiddz and according to her LinkedIn she works on an inpatient eating disorder ward currently. Could well have just not updated her LinkedIn spiel but if that is current, then Autie is sharing old milk as though it's fresh cream...

The plot thickens. Not only is autie's clinician using an outdated diagnosis, they're using a diagnostic manual we don't use in the UK.
Starting to think she wrote this herself.

Yeah, the ICD-10 is the only system used by the NHS for coding. Everything from psychiatric disorders to major surgeries has a code/s, which remain in the patient's notes.

I can't see a UK psychologist ditching this established coding convention to refer to the DSM-V, unless they were in academia. They like using the DSM-V, as the bigger journals are American and if they want to be published they have to conform to their terminology.

And not only that, auties letter refers to the DSM-IV not the DSM-V....has she found an old letter off the internet and copy pasted her name into it or something? There's something very fucky here. Good thing my scientist alter who's dead clever was on duty this morning not that thick as pigshit one that didn't pass her GCSEs BECAUSE THATS HOW THIS WORKS RIGHT?

The address that can be read on there says:
"Trigfa, Nanhoron, Pwllheli, Gwynedd, LL53 7YA"

This is clearly in Wales, not Cheshire, and when you plug that into Google maps you just get a pocket of rural Wales with 3 buildings in total that all look residential (Trigfa appears to be the name of the house).
trigfa.jpg

Is it possible that a Psychiatry clinic in Cheshire has a postal address in rural Wales? Anything is possible I suppose, but strikes me as somewhat inefficient.

edit:
The Cheshire Psychology website states their sessions are held in a clinic in Malpas (about half an hour south of Chester), still a bit of a hike to collect your mail.

Curiouser and curiouser...
This whole Autie thing stinks like Polissa's ass.

Did I miss that Autie’s an ana? Googled Dr Suzanne Riddell just to be nosey and she’s not on the GMC register which is weird because she does seem to be a real person but is working on an inpatient eating disorder ward but I’ve apparently missed the whole eating disorder thing? 🤔

Edit: oops, will take that as a yes :christine:

She hasn't mentioned anorexia but does claim AFRID a lot: with her munching and borderline personality it's much more likely to be ana or similar especially when considered with the small self harm scars on her arms.

This is the list of staff:

Suzanne Riddell isn't on that list.

I wonder why she never attempted posting diagnosis papers for the autism diagnosis- the amount of people who have questioned that in the past (and family court paperwork admitting she isn't diagnosed).

She has mentioned it. Part of auties newly retrofitted back story is that in 2019/20 after the sexual assault she "became anorexic in front of the whole country" or some such shit. I never noticed her get skelly but she insists she dropped to a size zero and came back up.
Far be it from me to suggest that having a period of stress related weight loss is a common experience and is not anorexia nervosa.

This woman really thinks she is the centre of the universe and that everyone's eyes are on her at all times.
She believes everyone knows her story, I mean who talks like this, "...developed anorexia quite visibly but silently in front of the public eye."
Such drama, much suffering. All in view of the world.

That's some grandiose thinking.
It's such a shame she has procreated. Those poor kids haven't got a chance in hell of normal psychological development.
*Sigh*

After the initial wave of support auties posts are now attracting significant scepticism as people point out the glaring inconsistencies both in how she presents and the claims she's making about the diagnosis and the clinic and the sus letter.
Autie of course goes on the defensive.

We are surely in for a repeat of the "everybody is bullying me for holding me accountable for my behaviour" breakdown of 2019/20 which was what it was actually about before she struck on this abuse claim.

If she wanted respite so badly she could take another internet hiatus to focus on her healing - she could even start a “bullied off the internet” arc to fill her attention chasm. That’s what most people do in a crisis - focus on close family and friends, and healing.

But I’m thinking maybe autie has nobody offline and she desperately needs these people to roleplay with and validate her, or else she’s stuck at home alone doing difficult trauma work with no instant hits of online love and attention.

She‘s even admitting she was diagnosed with dissociative disorder not otherwise specified or whatever. She never met the criteria for DID and nothing she’s shown is remotely like a genuine dissociative disorder. She’s already completely coconscious and organized and doesn’t want to integrate (not DID and doesn’t want to integrate sounds like BPD)

But how dare other online “systems” try to tell her she’s being inaccurate! Let’s blame the docs and then double down that this is definitely DID.

She doesn’t have DID but her therapist wants to get her through this sudden proliferation of “alters” without her throwing a shit fit or suiciding again. DDNOS.

She actually pinned this comment from another "system" rather than delete it just to further her martyr Complex.

This is all beginning to backfire on her nicely.

And this. Nobody made you post this. Nobody pushed you to post a medical letter. That was a choice made because Sara thought it would legitimise her claims and now it's undermined them she's trying to act like people questioning her was what forced her to publish it.
Screenshot_20230326_151130_Instagram.jpg
The letter is sus, full of inconsistencies and has only fuelled the claims of factitious disorder.

I've been watching these posts since the first one appeared and there was so little pushback I could not believe people were buying it until she posted the letter and it didn't say what she said it did.

I love how the other person is like “oh yeah I went through years of neurological testing and what you’re doing is harmful to how people see us”

and Sara’s response is “so you’ve been through MY pain, how dare you judge!”

No, Sara. This person was saying that you are not experiencing the same thing at all and they feel stepped on by your demands that you be taken seriously with no doubt and no bully. They have not experienced what you are experiencing. Because you weren’t even diagnosed with DID by a professional. And you don’t meet the criteria now.

Your pain is yours. Be a big girl and deal with it.

Much appreciation to those who have dug through and found relevant info on the munchies, it must take an awfully long time!

Quite often I stumble across someone suspicious on instagram and they usually have the typical dancer/ED/rich kid past. The onset of their supposed illnesses is always very fast and within a year they have conned their way into multiple speshul zebra diagnosis’s and often some spoonie props. Can’t forget the occasional gymnastic picture in among the multiple hospital stays either!

I have noticed that there is one type of anorexia that lives for the attention, there’s no hiding of their “fat” bodies at all; this type thrives from the theythinkimdyinglmao attention. This type usually goes on to become a full blown munchie, or binges their way to obesity and still tries to cling to an AN diagnosis.

It does make me wonder how such body focused individuals, ED and sport fuelled, can be okay with literally maiming their bodies with unnecessary surgeries and tubes? And then then add medication & eating along side tube feed weight gain and it’s even more bizarre to me.

It’s difficult enough getting your GP to take you seriously here in the UK, it must take a lot of research and doctor shopping to find the quack who’ll gladly do it all for your sweet sweet cash over in the states.

Delusion and attention must be some fabulous drugs. And we can’t forget the nectar of the gods- Benadryl.
