Complications: one single fistula that did not fully heal until early June (treated with topical ointments and silver nitrate only)
Overall, the recovery was very tedious, and very painful!! However, after the eight weeks, it was as though none of it had ever happened.

STAGE TWO STATS
Date of surgery: February 28, 2022
Location of surgery: UBC Hospital, Vancouver BC
Surgeon: Dr. Alexander Kavanagh
Procedures: testicular implants, minor fat removal
Recovery: approx. 4 weeks, released from hospital approx. 2 hours after surgery
Complications: some stiches did not dissolve for several months
Recovery took longer than I anticipated (I returned to work after three weeks), but I was able to work safely that last week as long as I moved slowly.

I'm very happy with my results! I had some very minor revisions with Dr. Genoway in order to remove some skin tags that formed from stage one's healing process, but the revision took less than twenty minutes and recovery essentially boiled down to a bandaid and a good night's sleep. I find that it is still a bit difficult to stand while urinating unless I pull my pants down/off, as it's tough to get enough clearance to get over the waistband of my underwear and pants due to lack of length. I imagine I'll have similar experiences with attempts at sexual penetration: it's probably possible, but will require some strategy.

Yeah, honestly her comments on race were pretty wild - I would go so far as to call them racist, especially when she was responding directly to a black woman. I feel so bad for Jessica Pin. She is correct here. I noticed a few years ago that every “vulva library” online and even artists that depict the vulva have begun to include srs armholes.

Even worse is that some sites that are used to “show the stratification of women’s sizes by height and weight” now add trannies. I can’t remember the exact link for one of these sites, but I just stopped looking around 2016-2017. (Why does this even exist? It is for figure model purposes, and also women with BDD to ascertain what they actually look like approximately in comparison to women of a similar height and weight. Trannies just use it for validation, in the same way they post images of themselves in Amazon and Sephora clothing reviews.)
